Regency Point Shopping Center — Attraction in Lockport

I went with my son to get his ID and the place was not full. There were sitting space so i sat down to wait on my son. The employee said you can't sit here you got to go out side you can't wait in here. I said it's snow and cold outside, she said wait in your car. I thought she was so mean, it was the way she said it hurt my feelings. I went outside in the cold and a man that came out of the driving facility said you can sit in there, I went back in and she said you can not sit in here. I went back out like a little puppy cold, shaking and sad eyes looking through the window waiting for my son to come out. I'm almost a senior and was mistreated all because I wanted to sit down and wait for my son quietly to come out of secretary of state, driving facility. No respect...
