Trailblazer Plumbing — Local services in Lockport

Edit: Moving this from 5 stars to 1. I cannot trust them after multiple short-sighted resolutions that required persuasion afterwards. Their website does not have customer service, only a way to book appointments, so we are leaving the details here. The original visit was for a pinhole leak on one corner of three turns. If you see the picture, it makes sense that you would just replace the entire section. However, if you leave them unsupervised, they will do only the minimum and then convince you that's the best price. A few months later, the second bend had a pinhole leak. When we had them out, we also pointed out an old twist valve that was put after a SharkBite handle valve and we asked for that to be removed. When inspecting it at the end, we found it had not been removed and only the old twist valve was replaced. See picture- keeping the first SharkBite valve only creates liability. When mentioned, we were convinced to keep the shark bite valve with the new twist valve after it. We were fools for trusting them. Now, another bend had a pinhole leak and we are not hiring for a third time. It would have been a lot cheaper to anticipate and address all three at once and to remove liabilities when asked. It appears that the trained standard is minimum repair so that follow up work is needed. I do not trust that they intend to keep long-term customers and instead seek to maximize revenue after strong marketing. They value words over work.

I had a slow drain for more than15 years. I had the line rodded several times since purchasing our house, but still no luck with the problem. I decided to try rodding it again to see if my luck would change and called my plumber. He worked on the drain for over 3 hours with no success. In fact, he made it worse, now the water wouldn't drain at all. He left without charging me for the service call. I called Trailblazer Plumbing, a referral from a friend, and asked for Nick. Nick arrived the next day, saw that it was a major problem, but promised that I would be able to use my sink before he left. True to his word, he located the source of the problem and fixed my drain. Wow! It was better than ever. I can't thank Trailblazer Plumbing enough for repairing a problem that I felt could not be fixed. Nick was AWESOME! He was prompt, diligent and professional. He walked me through everything that he was doing so that there would be no surprises. He quoted me the price before he started the job and there were no additional cost after the job was completed. 5 stars are not enough credit for Nick's outstanding job. I'll NEVER go back to my old plumber.

I am soo grateful to Trailblazer Plumbing! From the first phone call til they finished the job they were amazing not one disappointment or problem. When Dan came out to figure out the issues we were having I was very impressed. He knew in minutes of walking in my home what the problem most likely was and he was exactly right. Great guy. He explained exactly what we needed to do and everything that was involved with this problem. They sent the crew out to fix our problem in one day . The guys that came out Jake and Dave were amazing,professional, friendly. They went over everything they were going to do step by step and answered any question I had. They did a amazing job and fast. Give them a try I promise you won't be disappionted.
