I ordered Valentines day flowers for my daughter in law and specifically asked the gentleman to make an arrangement with just roses and carnations only and he said they start at $85 i said give me $100 arrangement and well they didnt come that way. After delivery fees and tax I paid $138 for a bouquet that had broken stems hanging out and it looked like they made an arrangement that they used left over flowers. It had no bow or ribbon on the vase it was a horrible flower arrangement. When i called the gentleman remembered who i was and what i ordered. I understand he may have forgot to write it down since his computer crashed twice while trying to place the order and he had to manually take my order. No issues except for when I received a call back from a woman she was so rude and instead of doing the right thing and compensating me or making a different arrangement n taking responsibility she went to my daughter in laws office and took the flowers from her and said they would refund me. Who does that? This woman is a joke of a florist and the way she conducts business is horrible she should be ashamed of her self. And dont try to post your policy explaining about your flower substitution when i asked for a receipt didnt get that either and i was not informed of your policy. Your terrible people for hurting someone’s feelings on valentines day over a mistake you made. I do not recommend this place. I would like to post a pic but i am unable to. The arrangement had 3 roses and a few carnations the rest had ridiculous amount of flowers and greenery with lilys n other ridiculous flowers u dont use in a valentines bouquet. and the back was completely bare with just a big white smashed peony. Read moreI bought flowers for my wife for a one year anniversary they were delivered to her work but of course the wrong Address ,I pacifically told the owner when I made the order exactly where to have them sent to ,and he responded as oh yeah I know that ,no problem ,so after day and a half the flowers are dying some of them are already turning brown so wife contacted the flower shop and spoke with the owners wife she spoke to her and told her what happened she decides to give my wife excuses blaming it all on her of lack of water lack of picking up the flowers at the other address that they should’ve have been sent to ,in the first place so all we got was excuse after excuse after excuse and blame like it’s our fault instead of ,Just coming out and saying we will make it right, that conversation was with my wife ,my wife calls me tells me to call the flower shop and I did ,owners wife answers the phone but I told her who I was ,she immediately handed the phone to her husband who I met on the day of the order and enjoyed a very nice conversation with him, we both spoke about this matter and I really wanted to work it out in a way that would benefit everyone but without my knowledge my wife gave a bad review to the flower shop the owner Reneged on our verbal agreement all I have to say is if the flowers Would have been sent as promised I would’ve definitely had that review would be removed and a positive one would’ve been in its place so in this review I say this whoever reads this beware some people are very bad at running a business don’t be a nice guy don’t try to work it out , I have learned a lesson here if you don’t get what you pay for get your money back on whatever credit card you use...

They delivered it to wrong location, the man who took the order said he knew where my company was but still delivered incorrectly, I had to go to other location to pick up my own flowers. This morning after only having one day in an air conditioned office I noticed that some were wilted and some had ugly brown spots all over them. I tried to call after their open time, no answer, I sent email at about 9:10am no reply, I called again after 1 pm to see if they got my email, apparently they did, just didn’t bother to reply, so the person blamed me for the flowers wilting because of water level, even though I told her some of the stems were cut way too short, I only know because I was looking to see why they would wilt. I can’t believe a company would treat a customer like this! Rude and unprofessional! My husband called and talked to the man who owns, they agreed the shop would bring a replacement bouquet, which we would have been fine with the flowers that wilted being replaced, he insisted. 2 days go by, no replacement. My husband calls again, and is told by the woman owner, they wouldn’t replace due to my review on here. Wow really?! If they would have followed through, apologized for delivering to wrong location, not placing blame on us when it was clearly the poor quality of flowers cut way too short, one stem was actually side ways and touching the water, I would have gladly added to my review.
