9/18 update: I was sent a defective chair. One of the arms is bent out so far that it creates a gap. I sent the owner pictures. First he claimed not to see anything and said ā€œwith this price quality might not be top and there might be imperfection.ā€ Supposedly a new recliner was ordered for me on 8/9. On 8/27 I asked if it had shipped. He said it would go put that week. On 9/16 I asked again. He said he would look into it and I haven’t heard back. I’m done dealing with this company. I will refile my dispute with my bank and go buy a recliner from a reputable furniture store. 8/8 update: Chair was delivered yesterday. Owner was in constant contact with me from the time the label printed until today. I was issued a partial refund for the troubles. The store had just started online sales and had a few hiccups they needed to work through. 7/31 update: Finally received a call today. Recliner should be getting shipped tomorrow. I’ll update again when it arrives. Ordered a recliner online that should have been delivered between 7/25 and 7/28. Today is 7/30 and it hasn’t even shipped. I’ve called 3 times. First time I was told the owner would call me back. Second time I was told someone from online sales would call me back. Third time I had to leave a message. I have not gotten any return phone calls. But they had no problem taking the money out of my account right away so now I need to file a dispute with my bank.

I searched on line and although I spoke to many suppliers, Yaz at Grand Furniture was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, pleasant and efficient. The entire experience was made easy. Some of the items were out of stock and I received weekly updates until he had the whole shipment ready to deliver. The delivery went smoothly and efficiently. The set is BEAUTIFUL- Grand Furniture pricing was the best and their customer service is incredible. I strongly recommend this outstanding furniture store! - E. Santoro

Very accommodating and hospitable staff. Best experience with a furniture store and I haven’t even walked inside yet! We were dealing with a family emergency and needed to move my father-in-law into a nearby assisted living facility. I called the store and Betty sent me a few options. I kept her updated on the situation and they delivered and assembled the furniture the day after we placed the order, a few hours before my father-in-law arrived. The furniture itself is high quality, but it’s the customer service that made the difference for me and it will be our go-to store in the future.

I wrote this review and I have a Very Happy UPDATE: I have heard from the owner Mike just as their commercial says! This was literally within a hour of the review….He has promised to make me a happy customer!!!! I’m excited. This says a lot for this company! they will stand by what they sell.🄰

I expect perfection and quality customer service. I’ve literally been around the world shopping and spending money! Not every single item you purchase will be 100% of what you expect no matter the cost or where you purchased it from. Never in all my years and there’s a lot here, Have I ever had a Owner or a Manager or Supervisor to get into their personal automobile and come to you to make the sell RIGHT! when you Shop and make Purchases You are bound to run into issues. That WAS NOT THE CASE!!! This owner actually reads the reviews! actually Makes the calls….Read on to see the Final Resolution!! Y’all I’m having to revert and give Grand Furniture a Five Star rating. HONESTLY FIVE STARS ISN’T ENOUGH. Mike is the owner of this location, he got in his personal automobile and literally drove to our home to inspect and correct any and all issues I had!!! Let me tell you whatever our needs going forward if this company sells it we will purchase from them!! PERIOD. We will be right there! I’m a shopper and I’m telling you even Macy’s or Amazon customers can not tell you the owner came out to their home to make it right! Mike!!! Update 01/11/25: Mike, the store owner, went out of his way to rectify the issue, which was indeed a clerical mishap. He made things right and kept me updated along the way, and profusely apologized for everything. I really appreciated him taking the time to fix the issue despite how busy he and his staff are. Leaving my original review below, but I've changed to 5 stars based on the excellent attention that Mike provided to my issue. His customer service was above-and-beyond, and more than made up for the shipping issue. I don't anticipate my scenario is normal, and will shop at his store again! Please don't let my previous review dissuade you from shopping: excellent products and excellent customer service.

I ordered a table on 12/9/24, and paid $100 shipping. The tracking info provided stated the table would arrive by 12/17, but by 12/28 had not been delivered.

I sent a polite email and gave the company some grace because it is Christmas/New Years season. Someone responded and said they would look into it, but by 01/06/25, nearly a month later, I still have not received the table, any feedback from the company, or further response from them.

I called the shipping company, who stated Grand Furniture simply needed to authorize the release of the item for them to deliver. I contacted Grand Furniture again by email asking them to do this, since it seemed like a simple fix and a clerical error, not a big deal.

Still no response, and for $100 shipping I would expect better service. I unfortunately will not shop here again, and can't...

Horrible Experience... Go elsewhere.. I pretty much furnished my house out of this place. I was refereed by a friend. I moved here from up north, and he knew Mike and sent me there. At first, I thought Mike was really nice. He seemed professional and wants his customers to have a great experience. A few weeks ago, I went to the store to report that my headboard was stripping, and the store manager was soooo rude to me. I had my cousin with me, and there was a customers present who walked out. He basically told me that when I buy furniture, I should expect that these things will happen. I simply went into the store for information, not to have a replacement. Mike was not available, according to the manager he was on vacation. The following Monday, I received a voicemail from a very rude female, I was made aware that it was Mike's wife. She repeated over and over again that the issue was not their fault and that I bought the furniture 4 years ago. The issue I have is that the message I left was specifically for Mike, not his disrespectful wife who lacks intelligence and professionalism. I simply needed to be pointed in the right direction. My prior bedroom set, which I still own and now serves my guest room I have had for 15 years, that is quality furniture!! When I first brought my sectional from Mike, there was an issue, and he flew over to my house because he did not want me to return it.
