I expect perfection and quality customer service. Iāve literally been around the world shopping and spending money! Not every single item you purchase will be 100% of what you expect no matter the cost or where you purchased it from. Never in all my years and thereās a lot here, Have I ever had a Owner or a Manager or Supervisor to get into their personal automobile and come to you to make the sell RIGHT! when you Shop and make Purchases You are bound to run into issues. Yāall Iām having to revert and give Grand Furniture a Five Star rating. HONESTLY FIVE STARS ISNāT ENOUGH. Mike is the owner of this location, he got in his personal automobile and literally drove to our home to inspect and correct any and all issues I had!!! He made things right and kept me updated along the way, and profusely apologized for everything. I really appreciated him taking the time to fix the issue despite how busy he and his staff are. Leaving my original review below, but I've changed to 5 stars based on the excellent attention that Mike provided to my issue. His customer service was above-and-beyond, and more than made up for the shipping issue. I don't anticipate my scenario is normal, and will shop at his store again! Please don't let my previous review dissuade you from shopping: excellent products and excellent customer service.
I ordered a table on 12/9/24, and paid $100 shipping. The tracking info provided stated the table would arrive by 12/17, but by 12/28 had not been delivered.
I sent a polite email and gave the company some grace because it is Christmas/New Years season. Someone responded and said they would look into it, but by 01/06/25, nearly a month later, I still have not received the table, any feedback from the company, or further response from them.
I called the shipping company, who stated Grand Furniture simply needed to authorize the release of the item for them to deliver. I contacted Grand Furniture again by email asking them to do this, since it seemed like a simple fix and a clerical error, not a big deal.
Still no response, and for $100 shipping I would expect better service. I unfortunately will not shop here again, and can't...

At first, I thought Mike was really nice. He seemed professional and wants his customers to have a great experience. A few weeks ago, I went to the store to report that my headboard was stripping, and the store manager was soooo rude to me. I had my cousin with me, and there was a customers present who walked out. He basically told me that when I buy furniture, I should expect that these things will happen. I simply went into the store for information, not to have a replacement. Mike was not available, according to the manager he was on vacation. The following Monday, I received a voicemail from a very rude female, I was made aware that it was Mike's wife. She repeated over and over again that the issue was not their fault and that I bought the furniture 4 years ago. The issue I have is that the message I left was specifically for Mike, not his disrespectful wife who lacks intelligence and professionalism. I simply needed to be pointed in the right direction. My prior bedroom set, which I still own and now serves my guest room I have had for 15 years, that is quality furniture!! When I first brought my sectional from Mike, there was an issue, and he flew over to my house because he did not want me to return it.
