It's hard for me to leave this review because I have eaten here many times and now I have to update my old review from a 5 star to a 1 star. The last two times I have eaten here it has been horrible. I thought the last time must of been a fluke so our family decided to give it another chance. From the moment we walked in we were greeted which is great! Hostess is very sweet but our server was less than alive. I know the bread costs $1.99 and is no longer free... which I am okay with since I myself am a small business owner and I know prices are rising! She reminded me every time I asked. She didn't even offer bread to begin with. I ask for Splenda and asked her to bring me some.. she brought a few packets. She never refilled my drink and when my husband asked her for water she acted like that was an act of congress to do so. The food is getting worse and worse. I wish I could write a letter directly to the owner! I feel for them. The food is bad. Nothing that we ordered was good. The pasta was tasteless. Milk and noodles. The manicotti was cold in the middle and no flavor. Pasta in a can would of tasted better...chef boyardee! There was an eyelash in my daughters food. The bread was the only good thing...why I ordered so many. We filled up on bread and water and once glass of unsweetened tea. Not to mention we ordered two appetizers and she never brought them! Jesus what is going on at this place? It's now been 16 mins and counting... she still hasn't brought me my check. The owner should really take a look at the food. I can deal with everything else but when you cut the quality of the food you loose your loyal customers. Wake up! I have posted pictures of what was served. This is the $1.99 bread I purchased. I wish I had gotten the blonde haired waitress she seemed to be on point.

I am very disappointed that I have to make this review. We really wanted to like this place! We ordered dinner to go a couple of days ago and were unfortunately very disappointed. Both of our salads had hair in them (I worked in food service and understand that accidents happen... but still). My chicken and shrimp Alfredo would best be described as "chewy." The chicken came in very large chunks and was very dry and chewy. It tasted as it it had been reheated several times and thrown into the pasta as an afterthought. I mean, just look at the pictures. It was hardly edible. Anyway, I called and asked to speak with a manager (I believe his name was Matt). Matt was, unfortunately, just not very helpful or apologetic. He didn't say anything after I mentioned the hair in the salads or the chicken. He offered to have them remake the food (at this point, it was well past 9 p.m., and the hair had made us lose our appetite at this point). He then said he would find our order and work on a partial refund. Well, it's been over a week, and I never heard back from anyone at the store nor received any type of refund. We paid over $50 bucks for dinner that we could hardly even eat. I hate to complain, but the response by the manager was very disappointing. I can't recommend anyone eat here at this time.

Went with the family today. Waited to be seated about 10 minutes which wasn’t long but the communication between the staff to sit us was not good. We had no idea what was happening. We almost walked out. The bread was really the only thing I enjoyed. I ordered the Pamendis Penne dish in the picture and my husband had the tour of Italy. To start mine plate was huge and his was very small. My looked amazing and his looked like it was a lunch size. The tomatoe sauce is over powering as it is over seasoned with basil. I literally took two bites and packed it to go. I didn’t feel like complaining and ending my night this way. We sucked it up and paid. When I say over powering it was wayyyy too much basil. My husband mentioned the tomato sauce was more of a brownish red. My children enjoyed their fettuccine Alfredo. My husband tried it and said it was so much better than our meals. We had okay service, the lady was nice just very slow and we had to get a few things on our own. It definitely could have been better.

Pamendis review -I gave one star for how I was recently treated but our family has been customers for 10 year but not any longer. I guess it takes having an issue to see how the owner truly does not care for individual customer’s experiences. Notice how he responds to complaints just here in Google reviews. My sister was here for one more night for Thanksgiving and thought I’d order Italian and surprise her, what a surprise! The delivery person dropped the order at the door, no text or anything and we found it cold but the worst part! IT WASN’T OUR ORDER! It all had seafood in it, and we are ALLERGIC- I mean Epi pen, trip to the ER allergic! I called the delivery service “Slice” and had pictures ready to show (do not EVER use Slice btw. They are impossible to reach.) and they tried to contact Pamendis that night (their method before refunding) but said the restaurant was not picking up their phone (which was the case when I called 6 times before someone picked up) and they (Slice) would try and call the next day to get the refund processed. Nothing in our order was correct except the salad and the drinks. Over $90.00 spent on 3 large entrees (that we didn’t receive), a salad, bread and 4 drinks. Slice emailed to say they contacted Pamendis 3 times, including talking to the owner and he, Matt, would NOT approve the refund because “There’s no way we got the order wrong”. I was talking with Slice for over an hour and multiple emails. Matt thought I’d give up and if I had to I would have gone as far as to contact my card issuer and they report fraud to the BBB. I eventually just called Pamendis myself and a nice young lady who said she’s the manager said she would take care of it but had to call “Matt” for approval of the refund. She called back to say that Mr owner Matt would only approve the refund of the 3 entrees that came to just over half of what we paid! So we only received a salad and drinks and ZER0 entrees that we ordered. We had NO DINNER and he’s going to charge me for a salad and drinks??? Actual Good customer service in a small town with long time customers would have included an apology, which they never did give, refunded the entire order and might have even sent a small gift card to ask us to keep patronizing their family owned business. So, MATT we will drive to Snellville from now on and eat at Provinos or have food delivered from them. As a former business owner who put customer care FIRST, my whole staff as well as my family and friends and neighbors (all who are residents of Loganville) will also know about this experience. The Nextdoor and Neighbor’s app as well as our HOA group is a great way to warn people. *Added- scroll through the reviews and notice that anytime someone gave this restaurant a bad review the owner, Matt, responded with no apology and with no intention of compensating or making it right with the customer. He responds defensively and acts as though there is no way they ever made the mistakes the customer reports. Look at all of the less than perfect reviews and you’ll see...

Have been to this restaurant a few times and the experience went from good to really bad. The first visit was great, fast, friendly service with great food. The next time, the service was not so great, but the food was great. Then last night, completely ruined it. We were greeted quickly when we entered and seated immediately. The restaurant wasn't crowded, but there were quite a few other people eating. Our waitress approached us within an adequate amount of time and took our drink orders. This is where things started going down hill. It took quite a while to get our drinks. We had some guests in town and were talking, so I wasn't paying much attention to how long, but it was a noticeably long time. After the waitress took our order, we needed a refill on drinks and bread. The waitress told us she would be right back with our refills. A solid 10 minutes later, she still hadn't returned. Someone, I am assuming a manager, asked if we needed anything, so we asked for the refills. He brought them out and apologized for us not getting them sooner. When the food arrived, it seemed like the quality had gone down hill. One of our guests commented that the meat sauce tasted like sloppy Joe's, and they were correct. The waitress would disappear for long periods of time, only to reappear with drink refills. At one time, there were four full glasses of Sweet tea in front of me (all for me). When she would return, she would apologize for the long time between her visits and for the other issues. After we ate, we waited another long time for the check to come to the table. The waitress passed out the checks and we noticed she had given us the wrong check. She disappeared into the back again for quite a while, but finally returned with the correct check. My wife gave her our card and she went to go run it through. After another long wait, she returned and told us the card had been declined. My wife asked her to try it again, as we knew there was plenty of money and maybe there was an issue with their machine or the connection. She took the card and came back and said it was declined again, so we paid with a different card. As we were leaving, my wife got a phone call from the original card company and it turns out that the very first charge was accepted, but then she tried to charge the card six more time, resulting in the card being declined. The card company ended up canceling the card and having to reissue a new one. The experience was so bad, we will not be going back. Very sad, had really hoped for a...

First off, you could train your waitress to provide better service. She left our table without giving us any straws and never came back with them. I had to go get them myself from a straw holder. She never even offered us an appetizer, which we had planned on getting cheese sticks and by the end of the night we realized that we had forgotten to order them, which is just as well, because the food is gross. I'm basing this on the lasagna that my husband and I both ordered. The waitress also forgot to ask us if we would like to have any dessert. We were just so disgusted with the food being nasty, we just decided we didn't want any dessert. Probably, just as well that we didn't get any cheese sticks. The food is cheaply made. If I want to pay $13.99 for a meal, it should be worth it. The lasagna meal comes with salad or soup. I could have gone across the street to Wal-Mart and gotten one of those cheaply made bags of lettuce. Also, who eats arugula anyway in their salad and who serves soup with lasagna? My husband ended up getting the soup and picked the mushrooms out of it. There's no Rhyme or Reason to serve soup, although I will have to say the bread is good. That was the only thing about our meal that we liked. We are very disappointed. We went on a Monday night which it wasn't that busy. Our waitress could have done all of the above as far as service, without any problem or pressure. She was a very sweet young lady, but as I said she needs more training. Next time we are just going to go to Provino's. Provinos has excellent food and service, for the very same price. Their salad is much better and bigger and they keep bringing it out to along with the rolls. There's music in the background at Provino's and there's nothing in the background Pamendis The atmosphere is just blah. Maybe, some of the other food they serve is better, but we're not going to get to find out, because we will not be back. One word for the food we had.. gross. We still tipped our waitress $10, which was more than expected of us, but the food it's not her fault and her lack of training is not her fault either. That's lack...
