keep in mind I work at fast food My drive through experience I pulled up to the speaker box, to hear no words for up to a minute. I said 'hello' and the woman said 'just a minute I'm sorry.' Of course I didn't know the situation inside so I said okay.. Well two minutes later she responded with how may I help you. I ordered a cheese and egg biscuit, a sausage biscuit, and a cup of free water. So after ordering for 3 minutes, I started the timer on my phone to see how long it would take for me to get my bag of food. When I came to the window to pay, no one was there. I was looking inside and I saw only 4 customers, and 5 people on staff, which, one girl was leaning against the counter starring into space, the manager ready something, drive through girl talking to the cook while he should be making my order. Finally she stopped and came to the window and I asked if it was busy tonight and calmly she said were really busy. And I laughed because no one was in the store. Plus, if it was busy, the staff should have showed an eager quick pace attitude to achieve speed of service... Which they didn't. After the transaction, I finally see the cook STARTING to make my two simple, 3 ingredient sandwich. Once I got my food, I was not offered anything for my wait, she didn't ask if I wanted jelly or butter( which would have been handy because the biscuit wasn't buttered so it was dry and old). My egg and cheese were moist and fresh but I receive an old Sausage patty... On dry bread.. I am very mad. I ended up waiting for 8:43 in the line. So a total of 11:43 in drive through. Terrible experience. I will be calling them shortly to have my order re done. Fast and correctly this time. So my advice to you ? Bojangles is a great fast food place, but this one..... Is slow, disgusting, and not customer friendly. Go to a different one. Save your...
Read moreMy son loves Bojangles. He frequents the location in Loganville Ga. Him and a bunch of his buddies stopped to grab some dinner. They had ordered their food and had been waiting in the drive thru for a very long time, I believe he said around 20 minutes. He and his friends were having what they thought was a private conversation and cutting up like teenage boys do. All of a sudden in the middle of their private conversation someone comes over the intercom and says “excuse me, what did you just say” so my son verbatim repeated what they had just been talking about, which again was 1 a private conversation and 2 a couple of 19 year olds having a private conversation expressing how long it had been that they had been waiting. I’m sure some not so nice words came over the microphone. Boys say things when they are together that they wouldn’t necessarily say if they were in mixed company. The person on the other end of the microphone not only invaded their privacy which is wrong on so many levels but then condemned them for “the way they were talking” I say all this to say, if you ever go to the bojangles in Loganville Ga, don’t say anything privately in your car that you don’t want the nosey rude employees to hear!!! They tryed to make the excuse that it was an old restaurant and they didn’t have the capability to turn off the microphone, which I call Bulls&&$, they are just nosey and want to get in your personal busy and then make you feel bad about what you said!! I say, mind your business and get a life and have a little respect for your customers who may be having a private conversation that I’m positive is none of your business. What happened to customer service and the customer is always right??...
Read moreNo one was in drive thru line and maybe one customer inside. I ordered one of the "Tailgate Specials" and was told that they did not have any wings and it would be a five minutes wait to cook more or they could substitute drum sticks or thighs. I chose to wait and was asked if I wanted something to drink while I wait. I asked for all my order(chicken) to be cooked instead so that it would all be cooked fresh. I was told NO. I asked if I could get two additional wings for waiting instead of a drink. I was told yes, but when the order was brought to my vehicle, I asked the employee if the additional wings were included and she said she did not know. Then I asked her to check the order for them for me please. She then takes the order back inside the restaurant. When I arrived home only one wing had been placed in a separate small box. My order came with tea, I did not want a drink, but if you are going to make concessions for having inconvenienced a customer, please honor it. I can take my business to one of other fried chicken chains that offer larger family meals with cheaper prices, if this is the type of failed customer satisfaction I am going to receive...
