My friend and I came in there today and we got horrible service. This is my first time hearing of this store and I always heard good things so of course I wanted to try it out. When I first got in there everyone just looked at me and starred like I was unwelcomed. I continued to walk around the store and I had a question and tried to get attention from two of the employees and both of them ignored me. When we got to the counter Jada.. an employee told another person to help us because she didn’t want to and walked away. The only person that actually tried to help seemed like she was just trying to hurry up and get us out the store. She answered one question and walked over to finish talking to a boy that she was under the whole time I was in the store. Jada then came back over to throw something away and I tried to get her attention because I needed to pay with cash, I said excuse me twice and she looked me in my eyes and walked away. 12/18/2022. This store gives false advertisement, always under-stocked on most items, nothing ever available when I try to order online for pick-up. You cancelled the order then tell me I cancelled it. I received poor customer service when I spoke to a man and a women that was given the phone to speak and all I wanted to know was why are the items pending a transaction in my bank when out of stock??? Then they say they do not know when it will be removed from pending charges in my bank account and to just call my bank. Well sir/ma'mm the banks are closed on Sundays. Instead of being helpful they both went into attack mode cutting me off and extremely rude with an attitude. Nobody is keeping your stock updated and it appears you all are frustrated since it's typical and you don't really want my business any longer. A total...

I like the store! It’s nice, clean, & organized but you can’t shop comfortably because you are constantly being stalked by the employees!! I’m the type of shopper that enjoys going up & down every aisle, especially to see what new items a store may have. I’m also not the type of person to be in a rush! I like to enjoy my shopping experiences, peacefully. I would love to shop there again but I can’t see myself spending my hard earned money in a nice place, where you are constantly stalked by the employees. For me, that’s a very uncomfortable feeling!!
