KFC — Restaurant in Loganville

Yesterday, after work I was very hungry and couldn’t wait to prepare anything. At about 7:00 pm, I didn’t have the time or the energy to cook, so I decided to stop at the closest restaurant nearby-KFC. I usually enjoy corn on the cob and chicken; when it’s well done. The place was empty, and an awful thought came into my mind: “No customers, no fresh food”. I did not follow my inner voice and waited for the attendant to take my order. He didn’t realize I was there; only after I said hello, he responded nicely. I wanted corn on the cob but they were out of it, so I opted out for corn kernels, dark meat chicken and french fries. Well…the corn was not yellow but gray, the kernels look like they had been on the warmer since the very morning. The chicken was not very fresh and the potatoes were overcooked, very dry and hard to bite. I still ate EVERYTHING. Can you believe it? I shared a few words with the employee there, a smiling nice person I did not say anything about the food. I left quietly with a bad taste in my mouth. When I got home, I had a sip of purified water and went to sleep. I woke up like about 2:30 am with pain, bloating💨, sweating and diarrhea 😥 I wasn’t going to say anything about my experience to this KFC, (that’s why I didn’t take any pics)but after the awful episodes that followed after- with runs🏃🏽‍♀️ to the bathroom, I felt that I needed to post this. Somebody can get really sick 😥. It was so bad that I could hardly get back to bed. I left the room door opened so my family could hear me in case I was calling for help. Please do something about your food; don’t serve dry, stale French fries 🍟 and re-warmed corn- from days before, at least that’s what it seemed to me. Colonel Sanders would be kicking out of his grave if he learns about this incident, One good thing I saw 👀 there, is that your workers have a sink to wash their hands! 🚰🚰 and the sink is there in the food area so EVERYONE can see if they wash their hands as a good habit. We all know that the majority of kitchen workers go to the bathroom and never wash their hands. 🤮 As I said before, the cash register person was amicable-good for him, he also washed his hands after returning from the restroom. Let me be very clear with yall… DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! Dirty, no AC, understaffed, unprofessional… literally wasted my time and money! Got there 8:25, was told I needed to order online to get the deal. I pulled over placed the order 8:35. App said 20-30 minutes for order to be ready. Cool, No problem, my kids and I sat in car no issue. 9pm order is ready per the app. I walk in and told it’s actually not ready. So now I’m waiting some more and also very confused bc why say it’s ready when it’s not?! Cashier then comes and said no biscuits what would you like to replace it. Then she comes back and says also no macaroni or any other side for that matter, only mashed potatoes and Cole slaw. Okkkkkkk. I go back in car it’s now 9:35 she brings food to the door. She’s like we gave you mash potatoes and fries. Open the bag, NO GRAVY ON THE MASH POTATOES! whewwww ok yall really trying me now! Drove around she says we’re outta gravy and give me coleslaw. I drove home pissed and irritated. Completely over i! BUT WAIT IT GETS WORSE! Open the box of chicken…. Baby this chicken looks Damm near raw and soggy. This is soooooo unacceptable and disrespectful. Yall are really playing with people! Because there’s no way yall thought this was OK! Inedible! Practically raw and disgusting.. 1 hour and 15 minutes later this is what yall served me. Kids still hungry! Ordered 2 large mashed potatoes 2 large macaroni. Received 5 mini gravy less potatoes, some hard fries and some raw chicken! Run me back my money and my time! This is a joke literally because there’s no way you could be serious! Management needs to be a total revamp and restaff bc this is absolutely ridiculous! Several customers and I just waiting waiting waiting and THIS IS WHAT YALL SERVING! No sir no mam...

The first two times I went to this location this year the food was hittin. Everything was fresh and hot even the biscuits. I used to only go to the location in Grayson GA, but they have recently closed. I was always so skeptical to go to the location in Loganville Ga because it ALWAYS looks so empty. However, after giving it two tries and they were successful I was like “cool…this may be my new spot”. Boy did I jump the gun too fast. I recently went on March 16, 2024 around 6:30pm and ordered a 5 pcs tender combo and a 3 tender pcs combo. Why when I get to my friend’s house, I have the correct 5 pcs combo that I ordered and a 3pc chicken combo with mashed potatoes. I never mentioned anything about mashed potatoes let alone anything other than tenders because these orders were for kids. Also not only was I given something I didn’t order but the food was old. I have worked for fast food before and I know old and refried food. Did I check the bags before I left, no I didn’t should I really have to?? ESPECIALLY since I was the ONLY one in the drive thru. Then on March 23 I decided to try them again. I got the rest of my family chic fil a however. And yet again more old food. My tenders were good this time but my biscuit was old and hard and my fries were refried. I’m wasn’t even going to mention that a time before, they said they didn’t even have any chicken so I left. I mean they sell CHICKEN so why tf were they even open?? I NEVER had these experiences at the Grayson location. It’s starting to look like this is the location that should have closed instead! And sad to say on ALL of these occasions I was the only one in line smh. They need to do better or need a new...
