We have only good things to say about East Long Beach Pool and Spa. They improved our design and placement for the smallish pool they built for us last year, were clear on timing and cost, have excellent communication skills in all aspects of the project and exceeded our expectations. Great crew too who protected all areas of our property that could have been impacted by the construction. The pool services department is so popular they were not able to immediately offer their weekly pool maintenance. After trying two other far inferior and disappointing pool services, we were pleased when they notified us their pool services department had expanded and they could now service our pool. It's worth paying a little more than for inferior services to have dependable, on time, expert preventive and repair services so we have one less household system to manage. East Long Beach Pool Supply is my go-to for all things pool-related. Dylan, Gwen, and Nathan always take great care of me — their customer service is incredible! They’re super knowledgeable and have helped me track down hard-to-find silicone (and actually know which type of silicone I need and not sell me whatever they have on the shelf) and other specialty items more than once. They’re also great at special ordering whatever I need and offering budget-friendly options that don’t sacrifice pool chemistry. At another local store, I was drawn in by overly complicated reports of my water without an employee explaining what I was looking at. Not here at East LB, I feel confident as a pool owner trying to be my own ‘pool guy’, and you should too after frequenting here. I paid 547.10 and they did not fix my pool. They gladly cashed my check and when they finally returned my calls I was so angry and frustrated that the call went south. My pool still isn’t fixed but they got away with the money. The owner never called back to try to resolve the issue. Years ago they installed a super large system and gave me a big fat bill to go along with it. When I saw the new set up I was SHOCKED at the size of the pump and the bill! Shame on me for trusting them again. Save your self and go elsewhere. Trust me this is not the best place for customer...
