The special Amazon carts can be used with a code on your Amazon account in your app. The screen will ask you to scan it.

You can check out with the card registered to your Amazon account. It's easy to just scan things and add it to the cart. It can be a little slow to load though. The screen will also show you coupons you can apply to your cart.

It is weight sensitive and will prompt you to tell it if you took something out or place an item back. It's slow to respond to this too, so just take your time with the prompts.

When you checkout you cross this green area and your account is charged. And that's it! It's easy. I can see though why some people can be weirded out by it and use the regular checkout lanes.

There is also an Amazon pick up and drop off window. A deli with hot food and plenty of produce. It's so lacking in the cheese and meat sections. Wish it had more healthy options. Like keto or gluten free. The aisles seem to have all the generic and more...

Lakewood Plaza definitely has a variety of stores of all types, gas stations and almost every fast food place you could think of. However, I give it 3 stars because every place I've been to within this vacinity has ALWAYS been packed, not to mention the streets, which makes it difficult to navigate. Especially, if you're an individual like myself. I've been coming to this complex for Years. As a regular at John's Place, their Breakfasts, Lunches, and dinners are All Excellent ! A New Amazon Fresh Market just opened, Grounds Cafe has Wonderful Fresh Breads, and Muffins, Sandwiches, and Soups, Nice Staff.
