😻Stephanie was my budtender last week. Haven was swamped with eager people waiting to order. I had placed mine as an online order earlier in the day, so I could pick up on my lunch break. Stephanie was awesome and came to my rescue making sure I got out the door by my promised time.

🐶Last night Robert helped me again. He always has a smile! The computer glitched when I initially ordered online. But he made sure to fix it for me, no problem and always, with a smile. Even when he's busy he takes time to be sure everything in my order is perfect.

💓Last night Datray was my budtender. He was friendly, helpful and a pleasure to talk with. He was very knowledgeable and gave me details on an upcoming product that I was interested in. I paid for my purchase with my ATM card and went out to my car. Before I left the parking lot, Datray ran outside, to catch me. Datray told me, after I left, he looked at my receipt and noticed the computer didn't apply my Veterans discount. Datray went above and beyond, in my opinion and in so doing, he saved me $56. That's $56 more, I can use for rescuing animals. Thank you so much, Datray! You rock!...

So I just had one of the most horrible experiences I've ever had at this location and I've been coming here for the last year I use to live this place everyone was real nice up until today. I know everything in this country political wise but because who I choose to support and vote for as president shouldn't be a reason to discriminate or make someone feel uncomfortable and unwanted. So today I went in and I had a Donald Trump shirt on it was just a picture of his face and said legend that's all and the looks I got when I walked in from people who always were extremely nice to me was shocking, the taller gentleman who helped me was nice and professional he's awesome but all the women there were not happy with my shirt and made it known with there looks and as I was leaving an older lady who works the front desk who has always been sweet and nice seen my shirt as she was walking in and blew air through her lips loudly and gave me an ugly look I was friendly and nice to everyone in there like I always am I mean its a marijuana dispensary who guys shouldnt discriminate or make peoe feel like that shame on all of you thats not the american way to treat people you lost a customer and that's a shame because i really did like this location. Erika was very rude and had a major attitude problem. Trey was kind & very helpful. and gave me a free pre roll cuz it was my first time customer in this location. But when I went to checkout, Erika made it a big deal and said absolutely not because l've been to another location. Which is fine, rules are rules. However it's about HOW she said it. Not what she said. I would've been more than understanding of the rules. She said it with an eyebrow raised and a neck roll and when l asked for a manager she looked at me up and down and said "I am the manager" and I responded "well, you're not. Very good manager" anyways, l've been to plenty dispensaries and this is my first time having such a rude experience.
