Busy smaller park in Lakewood Village neighborhood. Basketball gym, 2 softball diamonds, basketball and handball courts. Decent for walking dogs. Quiet and safe in evenings.

Nice neighborhood park. They need to be a little better about patrolling it for people who let their dogs off leash to run all k we but otherwise it’s a great walking park.

While this facility was upgraded for the PanAm games I have never visited the site before as I am not into horse activities but I was invited by a friend to go on a bike ride on the Caledon trail and we ended up on a beautiful Sunday morning next to the Equestrian Park and we invited me to join him for breakfast and watch these beautiful horses go thru different jumping trials. First the park is massive in size, for car and trailer parking and for the facilities with many different rings for the competitive horses to do their thing. Second the concession stand makes a full breakfast, lunch and dinner!! Third the prices will very reasonable and the food was very good. We had choice of having breakfast inside or go outside and have a table and watch the horses and riders compete their tasks. I was 100% blown away by the facility the friendly staff, the fact we rode into the park on our mountain bikes, we were welcomed including having a nice bike stand to leave our bikes as we enjoyed breakfast. We go back many times as Caledon has this beautiful facility that nobody seems to know about unless you...

We have 3 boys who have played basketball at this park. It is only $10 to play. They have other sports for very low cost as well. One of our boys played flag football one year there. Tge recreational staff and coaching are really great with kids. There is a playground, basketball courts outside, gym, softball diamonds, picnic tables throughout park. They have a path way throughout park for walking...

It's a very nice, medium sized park. Long enough for walking the dog. Large dogs might need two laps. Very well shaded with lots of trees, 85% grass that is wonderful to lay down & relax on. Gym when open, that offers volleyball, basketball, workouts & more. Located right by the Lakewood mall, for shopping, food & movies. Also just a few blocks from LongBeach City College. Close to LongBeach...
