Yesterday, Sept. 6 2022, I went to this Burlington. We spent $200. My husband paid it with cash. Then, we left the store. We could not try our clothes because the fitting rooms were not available. When we got home, we never found the receipt. One of my daughter’s dress did fit her. One day after, I mean today, I went to the store to exchange that dress for a bigger size. The cashier did not exchange it for not having the receipt. I was not asking for a refund. All I want is to exchange the same dress for a bigger size. I have lost the receipt when shopping at Walmart, Ross, and Target, and they have exchanged me the items with no receipt. The worse thing is that they don’t follow their own return policy. In the store website it says that with a photo ID or passport you can return items and get store credit or even a refund. The cashier and manager were tough on me. The cashier even gave me attitude. Read moreAs always...Burlington impresses me...first of all the restrooms were very clean...I like that...if a store keeps a restroom that clean you can imagine their inventory...from baby clothes to furniture...shoes, clothes, toys, restroom accessories, bedroom accessories,mirrors etc., etc., etc....the list goes on and on...found a pair of Asics running shoes for half price...and fell in love with a white jacket which came in different color variations...I'll probably go back and get all 4 variations...this Burlington is one floor and you can see from wall to wall...the staff was very friendly and supportive...smiles, smiles and more smiles...plenty of parking...highly visible from the street and very well stocked...I highly recommend this Burlington...A++++ on the...

Came to return/exchange an item WITH receipt because their fitting rooms were not available when I originally purchased the item.
The cashier said they do not accept returns/exchanges for bras because "it is final sale", WHICH IS A LIE, I CALLED CERRITOS LOCATION RIGHT AFTER, THEY SAID THEY'LL HAPPILY TAKE BACK THE ITEM AS LONG AS IT IS UNUSED, THE TAG IS STILL ON AND RECEIPT INCLUDED. They said this applies for every location. & They honored their word! I was able to get a complete refund at Cerritos location.
I've also returned UNUSED bras to Lakewood location and it was never an issue before. It was an inconvenience having to drive to another location but worth it because their customer service was a LOT better...
