North Los Altos Shopping Center — Attraction in Long Beach

This is our neighborhood bank. It is nice after remodel awhile back. Service is most important. When it's your money...you expect someone to be able to assist you with you needs. Getting to talk with any bank employee us very difficult! Too difficult! We are almost solely dependent on the teller machines. Fine when all goes well. If there's a problem....good luck getting any prompt service. My biggest pet peeve is the "presence" of a "security" guard....who no matter who it is...is not doing his job of "securing"...but spends 95% of his time looking or talking on a cell phone...standing away from customers over under the shade of the trees! They are totally useless! They could do better spending his salary on another...

More parking now that people are staying home in fear of the Corona virus PlanDemic. I have a wonderful experience at all the Businesses in this shopping center. Except for the following conglomerate... Bank Amerika and their 30 minute line out the door Is the worst experience at North Los Altos shopping center. That's a daily occurrence with b of a because they only have 2 tellers on duty. Bank Amerika has closed way too many of their branches. They make a mistake and charge the customer for THEIR MISTAKE! Their excuse? Their exact words: "We're a large corporation, we can't be responsible". I'm baffled how they came to be so large a corporation by being SO...

An abysmal monument to cars and junk you don't need. No clean places to sit and it's difficult to walk around because of all the impatient drivers and the absolute mess of locked up shopping carts left everywhere by Target shoppers. Lots of places to eat but almost nothing is affordable, and you can't even enjoy a meal outside in this beautiful california weather we all pay so much for because there is so much smog from the parking lot and not a single full-grown...
