This my very 1st visit to this store... I do not live in Longview, Washington and visit my family for holiday... I go with my daughter and both grand kid... My grandson need pick up part for his Traxxas RC... Store was some what small... I notice they have lot of part for Traxxas RC... Hooked Hobby is own and operate by one family... They very kind and helpful... Due to Beer Virus and be some what small they can only allow 3 customer in store at time... This family really know Traxxas RC... Before we leave I saw Traxxas Max truck display... I ask how much for Traxxas truck; I really like how it look... Lady tell me with battery and charger it around $1400.00... I turn to my daughter and ask her to buy for me... I will need wait for that one cause she say no lol... I suggest if you live in or near Longview, Washington check them out... Especially if you own, want to own, need information, or just want know more about...

1st time in was to pick up small replacement parts... nice and knowledgeable staff. The young man suggested something prone to break on mine. He seems to be an RC encyclopedia. Awesome! 2nd time, more small parts and new RC. Experience was same. 3rd time was to see about said RC and treated same AND switched it out and they'd deal with maker! (Not an expensive RC btw, rare issue). 4th time, more parts, treated same and young man rolled out a part number without hesitation and no book!
This place is a must and I, along with my boys, are just starting out. I drive from the coast just to have a chill experience and support them. They even begin to try and learn customer names!

Looking for remote controlled? Check Hooked. Came here after getting my kid a RC car on Amazon that didn't come with a battery. Nicole helped sold me the right battery but an older gen charger. Finding out it wouldn't charge I called up Aaron. He overnighted the right cable to my home. Still didn't work went in 10 minutes before closing. He made me a custom plug after business hours. If you have electrical problems have Aaron look at it. Thank you Aaron, Kelsey and Nicole.
