Ichi 12 Teriyaki — Restaurant in Longview

Unhappy with service and the dry food. Only solution given was to waste more of my time and gas to get a normal amount of teriyaki sauce put on. Refund would only be given if we hadn’t had any of it and brought it back that night, unsure of how we’d know if we hadn’t tried it. It’s a 30 minute drive, so would be another hour of my time just in the car. All 4 of us who got a teriyaki bowl were really disappointed in the food and ended up just tossing it and are going to just count it as a loss. Have had great experiences with Vancouver location. The sushi however was alright.

The food was good they allowed me to substitute veggies for my rice which was nice the portions were a little small compared to the price. The thing that got me was they charged my card $2 extra and when I called to ask them what happened, they blamed my bank for putting a $2 hold on my card or me forgetting that I left a tip. After explaining to him how my checking account works he said I could come in and get my $2. Never apologized for charging my card too much and even acting like it was a hassle. I wonder how many times a day they helped themselves to a $2 or $3 tip and people don't notice or care enough to come back for their money. Not only is it theft but it's bad business ethics. We called in our order and we were told 25 to 30 minutes wich would be fine normally but when we got there after 35 minutes to be safe and sure that they had enough time. we were told theyd have our order ready in another 5 minutes, again this is fine, so we sit down and watch as new people come in order and recieve there food as we sit there for 20 minutes waiting for our call in order that we were told would be ready 5 minutes prior to us showing up. Our food was cold and sub par not worth the service or the time wasted waiting for it. The management is a wreck if a call in order takes 50 minutes when dine-ins are getting their food before them even though we were sitting there watching them order. Dont eat here go to...
