Finally reduced prices back to normal pollo loco prices, but the place is a disappointment now. Kiosk didn’t give receipt, took almost half an hour to get a pollo bowl, pollo bowl clearly had way less in it than other pollo locos give then opened to find out it was missing food (the pico de gallo), and didn’t have salsas. Clearly understaffed and just overall terrible now. Just go to the Panda Express even if it has a long line. Edit: Food is too salty as well.
