Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Los Angeles

The food was good. But..... I was very specific. Do you have Parmesan cheese?. Answer was of course we do. My answer. Great! Be sure to have your driver have lots of it. Response... yes we will have parmesan cheese with your order, what would you like sir? I then placed my order. 30 minutes later the driver showed up with my order all correct... Except for one thing. The main thing I specifically asked for! Parmesan cheese! I asked the driver and his response was I don't have any. I Called the place and spoke to the manager. Ask him where's my Parmesan cheese? He said we will send you some. What can we do to remedy this would you like a soda or anything else. They gave me a free bottle of 2 liter Pepsi. It arrived in 20 minutes. And still! No Parmesan cheese! Sad. I didn't want the soda it did not remedy the situation. Poor poor poor service. Simple English instructions for someone's order especially when so clearly stated of what the customer wants in the first place with their Pizza! Couldn't even...

Worst delivery experience ever.... simple order was placed for 2 large pizzas 1 order cheese bread and 1 order of chicken poppers upon the arrive of the food it was at best lukewarm and the chicken wasn’t even cooked fully... I called the Papa Johns to let them know the chicken wasn’t cooked all the way and the manager stated that he could credit me on a future order or have more sent out upon the arrival of the second driver I was called and told that the driver will not be coming to my door to deliver the food.... what is the point of having delivery service if you can’t provide the customer service that is expected of a pizza establishment if a customer is required to walk to the delivery drivers car why am I paying extra money to get it delivered and then when it is delivered its is cold and you’re not providing the service I don’t recommend ordering from this establishment they don’t meet the expectations set by the franchise you will be...

I am disappointed. I ordered a pizza for delivery and after I placed my order Papa John's transferred it to Doordash for delivery. When they transferred it, it changed my address completely and did not allow me to change it. I wrote the correct address in the delivery instructions and received a message from the driver shortly after asking if the (address that they changed it to) was the correct address. I told the driver they were in the wrong location and provided them with the correct address (the same address in the delivery instructions).

They waited 15 minutes and marked the order as delivered. It was not delivered to me. I've been on hold for at least 30 minutes with Papa John's. I also called DoorDash, waited on hold for 15 minutes for a re-delivery and the line disconnected. When I called back they told me I needed to speak with Papa John's to get a refund. This...
