Brian's Toledo Towing Service, Inc. — Attraction in Los Angeles

On 12/17/2020 my car broke down . AAA was called at about 5pm for towing services and we were connected to Brian's Toledo Towing. Brian's towing gave us an ETA of 50 minutes to an hour. Waited and waited, no one ever showed up. Not a phone call or text. By this time it was about 6:30pm. We called AAA again and let them know no one has showed up, called or texted. AAA then connected us to Brian's Toledo Towing again, they said they called and got no response (not true) so the tow was canceled. So now we have to wait another hour!!! Its 8pm and again no one shows ups, no one calls. AAA can only apologize for the 3 hours we've been waiting since these towing companies are independent contractors. In the end we had to find another towing company to have the car towed, at that point it didn't even matter if we had to pay out of pocket. This is the worse towing company I've ever came across and by the looks of their reviews other people seem to have the same issue with this place. If AAA gives you Brian's Toledo Towing for services tell them hell no! and get a better towing company otherwise you'll be left stranded...

It doesn’t make sense that a company says online they are 24hrs. The employee Juan that tows you says “if you are nice and have a good attitude I won’t charge you more than the usual for being towed.” Sounds like extortion to me. I’m making a point only because I understand I was wrong parking in an area in l.a near arts district that had a broken pay machine: Didn’t realize this company worked together to extort your money to pay “storage” fee and towing fee. $300 is easy for me to pay I more irritated at that the fact The company driver Juan’s facts are wrong. We called home at 12:45 when we realized we were towed He said he picked up our car 30 min prior which means 1215 am The receipt that he wrote us was storage and pick up at 1:15am. That don’t make sense, to write on a “official company receipt” So all I’m gonna say. Is that they will extort you. Yes extort. Is the correct term. There is no justice to what this company does. As far as there other service, I have no idea how they work, but I’m sure it is not as integral as how they...

We had our truck towed twice almost back to back over us being irresponsible and leaving it where it shouldn't have been, anyways off the top calling in spoke to Michelle and just her liveliness and good personality took the edge off, I don't think she was even trying that's just who she is, and that in a situation like that goes a long way, thank you for that Michelle! Even at the yard the guy "Bono" was just nice all around, the boss gave us a break on the price for the second time around again.. these things go so far especially in these situations, thank you for the understanding "boss" truly appreciate you. This is just a normal yard and works as it should but these people working there helped with simple kindness more than they know!...
