CPR Cell Phone Repair Culver City - Venice Blvd — Attraction in Los Angeles

I'm always iffy on places that have a perfect rating. Nothing or no one is perfect. So I believe many of these reviews are fake or just lying. I took my cell phone in to replace my front and back screen. When I went in my tap/NFC was working, and even though I had to play with the cord I could always get it to charge. Once the "fixed" my phone I picked it up and the guy told me my port is no good. Again it worked just not properly as it should. Now it doesn't work at all. My phone is completely dead and can't charge. So I'm supposed to get a replacement. Here's the kicker. The replacement is on back order and they won't even consider offering me another device. So I will be paying for service and insurance on a phone I can't even use. Take this info as you'd like. But Assurant is not good at what they do and being that this company is a part of Assurant I have to say they don't either. They just...

Horrible place to take to get your phone fixed. Arrived there to get my screen replaced through a claim. Came back after the time frame he gave me just so my phone wouldn't be ready was delayed about 20 mins. When I got my phone back the guy wasnt careful on taking the phone apart and cracked the back piece of my phone. He tried to replace it with a different color than the original which I denied. He then tried to charge me $20 dollars for HIS negligence. Which i refused. He finally "looked" in the back and so happen to "find" and exact match and color for my phone. So he replaced it. Thought it was the end of it. Now the phone that was "fixed" from the screen has all sorts of operating trouble. I highly doubt the know what they're doing here as they creat problems rather...

I needed to replace my phone screen, as it was cracked. I have Assurant insurance, so this was the place I was told to go. It was easy to book an appointment online. MD greeted me with a smile ( he is camera shy) and told me he would be right with me. I was actually quite early for my appointment, so I didn't mind waiting.

He told me it would take about an hour, so we walked down to Gaby's Mediterranean to have a nice meal. Easy Peasy! Great food!

MD called my husband's phone to let us know my phone was ready before the hour was done! YAY!
