Dolce Vita Espresso — Attraction in Los Angeles

I had a mocha here about 4 or more years ago and I remember my boyfriend and I talked about how good their coffee was for about 5 minutes after we left the stand. I was shocked to see they used chocolate milk rather than putting cocoa powder or syrup in it, and was pleased at the end of my cup, because I didn't see a huge glob of syrup that wasn't thoroughly stirred. The other day I was in Seattle for business and came through Kenmore to go to the post office and saw Dolce Vita Espresso. I told my mom how great it was and that we needed to stop in on the way out. She ordered a tuxedo, I got a mocha. Once again I was blown away at how it quite literally was the best espresso I've ever had. Sadly I'll only have it once a week as I'm only near on Mondays, but I will look forward to it every time! I wish they would open up at the vacant espresso stand on Broadway in Snohomish.. Save yourself the trouble and find someone else. dropped off my machine for a overheating boiler and next day got 2 long ranting emails about the machine n picked it back up the same day. machine was very dirty, had aweful smell and pieces of garlic skin all over it. oh did i mention he handed the screws back to me in his hand? i know other espresso repair shops dont have good reviews but i picked Matthew based on his reviews and i regret it. ( turns out there was a leak in my boiler after half an hour of opening the machine myself and silver brazed it the next day. also there was a faulty thermostat that got from chris coffee and they were super happy to help. ) save your time and energy and go somewhere else. I didnt want to write him a bad review but i also dont want someone else go thru the same thing. i still cant get the scent...

Why is it so difficult for you to be just nice about an item you won't work on? I inquired about a small espresso machine I have used and loved for many years. There is no reason to insult it as if it has no value since it's from 'China' and it must cost '60' dollars since you have never heard of it? Would you possibly understand that I love coffee as much as you do, but I simply can not afford an expensive machine so I am just trying my best to fix the one I have?

And how difficult is it to just say " I am sorry, it's not a machine I can work on." without just hanging up on me?
