Ok. If you want my honest review, please read this. First of all, I have been to so many other massage place and this place is very nice, clean, and quiet. The person who did my massage was not that bad. I wouldn't mention her name here. I wanted to try 10 tickets after I try their service once. But I don't think I would come back here. Here's why.
Planned sales I initially bought 1hr service expecting they will give me time -appropriate massage according to my given 60 mins. But it was not the case. In the middle of the massage, the lady said my back is too tight and 60 min massage is not enough suggesting me to buy 30 more minutes. I said I can't due to my other plans ahead. After she realized I have only 30 mins left, she said the front body part massage will be short because I didn't buy additional 30 more mins. And she started rushing. Wait, what?! When I bought 60 min massage, I would expect everything will be planned that fits my time. But I didnt feel that happened. Basically they let you buy 60 min massage if you want And push you to buy 30 more minute saying 60 min is not enough, IN THE MIDDLE OF THE MASSAGE TX. The worse thing is, if I want additional time, I need to go downstairs and pay for additional amount and come back when I was already half naked and relaxed. ?! This was ridiculous! Is this really a service for customers or service for them? If they really concerned about their customers, they should have at least let customers finish massage and pay for it at the end of the treatment. Basically I feel that they didn't trust their customers. But well..I was expecting this would come because I read previous review upon my arrival. It seemed like this was not the first time. Its already all planned....
Communication skills of the massage therapist. Yes, I know they get paid little, but the massage therapist should at least be able to understand what the customers say. How would they give you a proper service when they don't understand what your requests are. She literally had to use Google translate to understand my request. Hmm...?
Unclear communication on the phone. When I called to schedule, I asked them what kind of services they have and what's the difference between various services. The person on the phone said I could just come and figure it out. We talked about little bit of body massage and lymph massage on the phone, but there's was nothing certain on what kind of massage I would get. But when I arrived, the service was already written and they assigned a person. It was not even the service I was going to get. The owner said I have to wait if i want the service i wanted. I would not call to schedule if i have to wait when i get there. In fact, I don't even know if I got the correct service I requested because I couldn't communicate with my massage therapist due to language barrier.
Price They seperate face/ head massage from the whole body massage at additional cost. When their price is more expensive then other places.
Conclusion: The skills of the massage therapist was ok, but their customer service structure was...
Read moreReviews must be fake!! I encourage everyone who has a bad experience to write a review so people don’t get mislead thinking they are going in for a relaxing time and end up mistreated and paying for a horrible service all around.
Not only the masseuse didn’t know how to do a proper $90 dlls 1hr. Massage as she keep only rubbing my body but also stopped in the middle and started a conversation trying to get me to pay $50 dlls more for another 30 minutes “ because one hour was not long enough to do the whole body” to witch I was at first considering it but then I asked how to witch she replied “you go downstairs and pay then come back” so I had to waste my own “time” to go pay for “more time”
To make things worse and the reason I decided to write a review was that although it was a mediocre massage I felt bad and decided to leave a $15 dlls tip anyway because I couldn’t just not leave any (witch I shouldn’t have) but anyway I went downstairs I paid with my card and this guy at the front desk after processing my card simply tossed to me across the counter and making gestures as you would do to a “dog” to leave the room.
I would like to think maybe my masseuse wasn’t one of the “best ones they have” but honestly for $90 dlls plus a $15 dlls tip that wasn’t really earned. $105 dlls for someone to rub your back in my books isn’t totally not worth it.
Oh and the extra bad in case it wasn’t bad enough the music they are playing is from a streaming service that obviously they don’t even care to pay for a subscription because between songs you will be bothered by the commercials and it will totally ruin the “peace”
Edit : the problem was not only the massage but the whole experience
-the guy at the front desk tossing my card across the counter -the music having disruptive commercials between songs -and the masseuse asking to extend the time in the middle of the session I really believe...
Read moreThis place was recommended by a friend I had previously gone with for a lymphatic massage at another location. She strongly urged me to give this place a try, so I finally did. As soon as I arrived, I realized I’d driven past this spot countless times without ever knowing miracle workers were inside!
For my first session, I booked with Julie, and I am SO glad I did. Her massage was truly TRANSFORMATIVE! I couldn’t stop thanking her during the session, and afterward, I was raving about her to all my friends.
The review below that says Julie doesn’t waste a single moment and puts her full effort into every session is absolutely spot-on. The relief I felt—especially in my back—was unlike anything I’ve experienced before. It’s miles beyond what foam rolling can achieve. Julie’s massage was incredibly powerful, and the guasha marks that appeared over my recent shoulder injury and chronic hip pain (something I’ve struggled with for 20 years) proved how much stagnant blood flow she was able to release. She knew exactly where to focus, and afterward, I felt so light and completely refreshed.
Honestly, words don’t do it justice. You just have to experience it yourself. This isn’t your average massage place—it’s on a completely different...
