Eagle Rock Branch Library — Attraction in Los Angeles

Today we needed a computer with internet access urgently. It was urgent to enter data into the system, we were not able to do it and my wife and I were worried about it and were talking to each other. Our conversations did not please the staff and some of them behaved inappropriately, saying unpleasant things and barbs, thinking it was a lot of fun. Despite the disrespectful behavior from the staff ( women ) we found the strength to say Goodbye to them. We will never come back here again. You are disrespecting yourselves first and foremost! So, for help in providing internet - thank you, for everything else - the lowest score. I do not recommend it to anyone! You are not welcome or respected here. This is my personal opinion. As libraries go this one is pretty good - they have decent operating hours and you can request any book you want from other libraries which they will then ship to this one. They have a good selection of audio books and everything else. I've saved hundreds of dollars going to this place.

I've never used them here, but the computers seem to be in pretty good shape, and one night when I came in, they were showing Jurassic World in all its gory glory!

Staff is good...

Seating with electrical outlets is very limited and in confined or close proximity spaces. They kick you out of some spaces at 2:30 pm when children from nearby schools come. Overall not a good library for a long stay doingn work on...
