I would leave zero stars if I could. I made a purchase and needed to return the item. After checking the return policy that they had sent with the email order confirmation, it stated that their return policy was 30 days. So I decided to email them to inquire about the process to make the return. They stated that their return policy was only 7 days PLUS they charged a 20% restocking fee. It had already been longer than 7 days, but not longer than the 30 days. After several emails back and forth they finally realized that they had 2 different policies and decided to accept my return BUT still charged me a 20% restocking fee even though it did NOT state there was a 20% fee in the policy they had sent me. I will NEVER make a purchase from them again. It was such a hassle dealing with the one and ONLY person who deals with their returns.
