Read moreBUYERS BEWARE! I am giving this place 1 star. But five stars in order for the review to be SEEN since no one really looks at the one star reviews. I didn't because I didn't want to be biased. But going from my recent experience today, I discovered I am not the only customer who has an issue now with this place. If you read the 1 star reviews, customers will complain of orders being wrong and that is exactly what happened to me. I ordered through Uber Eats. Uber Eats is not the problem. The place is. I ordered a Build your own burrito and another item. My burrito arrived and I am under the assumption that everything I ordered was put into it. IT WAS NOT. I asked for extra meat, and I got it. In fact, I got too much. I'm like okay, they know how to pack it on. As I took a few bites to eat it, I realized that almost all of the burrito consisted of MEAT and one key ingredient was missing. The RICE! How do you miss the rice on a burrito? I know things happen but come on? Where was the person's mind at the time they were building my order! I asked for lettuce, cilantro, extra meat, cheese, sour cream, and rice! I barely got any cheese, it mine as well be non-existent. Some sour cream. Some lettuce and cilantro, and a whole lot of meat. My entire burrito consists of meat and hardly any of the other ingredients I asked for and again, NO RICE. I called four times and out of those four one time the call never even went through. The other three times I got an automated voicemail saying that their voice mail hadn't been set up yet. Like really? You're open 24 hours and have no one to get the phone? Smh. Food started off good, but who wants a burrito full of meat? Especially if that is not what they were asking for? I will be ordering somewhere else and won't order from here again. I would have liked a refund on my order, or some type of compensation for the mistake but that looks like it won't happen if they have no one getting the phone. Don't order from here. Period. This is my experience and opinion, and if anyone still wants to buy from here, then go ahead. Maybe your experience will be different, but I am writing this review to let customers know that this place can get your...
Read moreI dont eat pork and twice I ordered crispy chicken tacos and got pork, once it was hard cubes of pork and the other times it was long shredded pork with bell peppers, and clearly looked nothing like the chicken! also there is a heavy set gay guy that works there that is always rude and in a bad mood every time and also a heavy set girl with glasses that gets the order wrong everytime and is extremely miserable and hateful too. they should quit since they clearly hate their job! I was a faithful customer and they acted hateful towards me instead of being grateful for my business, so i no longer eat here specially after the pork incident. they need to keep their meats separate!! I also am allergic to cheese and they kept putting cheese on my food! it would always be on the tomatoes, so they are not allergy accomodating. they need to keep cheese away from all the veggies. They messed up my order like 3 times and I had to drive all the way back and when I did they were not apologetic instead they acted angry and all the cooks were having a conference and gathered together and staring me down trying to intimidate me or something through the drive thru window acting like its my fault they messed my food up! They didnt give me a free drink or something for my trouble of having to drive back, I think this place needs better management the employees are hateful and honestly dont deserve jobs, they dont value regular customers and treat drive thru orders like a big inconvenience, also twice they gave me rotten green salsa, they dont even taste check the freshness of the salsas, so beware. Fries are the worst fries they are made with crisco and they taste disgusting they soak up all the grease and taste like dirty used grease. Beans and rice are the worst ive had anywhere. I just read other reviews on here and found that other people also get mystery meat and hair in their food as I had recieved in the past as well. Hopefully this place gets a new owner or gets shutdown. Either they need the health department called. I pray the employees get treated the way they treat...
