Ono Hawaiian BBQ — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Ordered the pick two twice during the week from my job because it was so good, but this is what I got when ordered it from my home on New Years Eve through Uber eats. It comes with salad it was missing the salad,they gave me way too much rice and a sprinkling of the island fire chicken and the hawaiian barbecue beef. It was cold undercooked and looked like somebody just threw it in the container when I called the store to complain I spoke to a condescending person named Adrienne and of course no managers were there. I had stopped ordering from there because I would order the same thing but the order was never consistent. I thought I'd give them another try since it had been six months since my last order. Honestly I wouldn't give this dog. I told Adrian usually when a store is out of an item they will call the customer why I didn't they call me I got no response, I must admit I did give her an earful because her tone was IDGAF. Two different Uber eats drivers have told me that when they've gone to pickup my order, they saw the staff playing around the food. But That looks at this food they were up there's old tricks in the end of playing it's clear that the staff don't take the job seriously and not care about the customers. And I was told by Adrian that they'd have 3 different managers but not one was there...

I ordered a Kalua Pork Combo w/Chicken Katsu along with an order of Musubi (Chicken) at 16:20 on Friday 12/13. When I arrived, there was no one in line, but there was a handful of people waiting for their orders. The small crowd disbursed fairly quickly as one after another was called. After awhile, I noticed people that ordered after me receiving their food so I approached the counter and was told that my order should be right up...fast forward to when they finally handed me my order; the time was 16:58...38 minutes for this sub-par meal was really quite ridiculous, and after tasting it, I'm thoroughly confused as to why it took so long, neither dish tasted as if cooked to order. The young lady who took my order at least offered a free drink for the wait, but by this time I had already been waiting 30 min.

I would not return to or recommend...

The problem is that they don't give complete orders, we ordered a keiki dish, there were no bags and they didn't give us any warning and even so they gave it to us when we asked for an explanation they only told us There are no more bags, we asked to speak to the manager and they told us it was not available, my daughter asked them for the family pack bag on sale and even then she couldn't get it, we didn't want anything free We just wanted to deliver that gift from Hawaiian BBQ And it was not possible because their employees do not warn of the lack of material and another thing, what bad service and poor training, they should stop selling that product if there are no bags in stock, Don't make us waste our time waiting for something that you're not going to provide or give us what you want, that garbage of help at...
