I love their food. My usual order is a small chicken Caesar salad or chicken Alfredo. For the last four months of me coming into the establishment the same order I get every time is a different price every time so I took a picture of my receipts and started saving them to show every cashier. they were charging me different prices today I went and ordered small chicken, Caesar salad, and the lady at the register who I found out her name was Emily was very rude to me. She looked me in my face and told me my order was 1050.
I told her no that’s not correct it’s usually around eight dollars, she looked at me and said no, she was very adamant about charging me the wrong price which just shows her age and ignorance. I told her to go to Jessica, who is very friendly and got an understanding with me and the manager of what the price is supposed to be from now on so Jessica helped her fix the order to my appropriate price, but she still had an attitude and she didn’t even want to apologize for basically trying to overcharge me. It’s weird when people are wrong the lack of accountability they are willing to accept.
She tried to belittle me and talk to me as if she’s better than me when I know in reality I make way more money than her, but I will still treat her with the same respect that I expect to give me. the manager & I spoke she’s sweet, she said she will let them know how to properly add the prices of the chicken plus the small salad because like I said every time I go in there I paid from seven dollars to 11 which was odd for me because I love coming here and I don’t like inconsistency I like to know how much I am paying I am 28 but I’m...
Read moreI was really excited to order today after Pasta Roma recently catered an event I attended. My order arrived barely warm (the delivery address is only a mile down the street from the restaurant) and my pizza came incorrectly (covered in vegetables I’m averse to that weren’t in the description of the pizza). I called the restaurant to be answered by a woman who spoke to me rather rude, questioned me about how my order could have been incorrect, and began demanding I send her photos of my order. I knew that if the hassle of having me send her photos was worth her time that I would be getting nowhere with having my blatantly incorrect order replaced, so I decided to hang up and cut my losses. It doesn’t mean anything to have good food if you don’t serve the correct item to the customer. Absolutely horrendous experience, at least the woman on the phone could have been kinder about how she interrogated me. Despite the prices being somewhat expensive, the quality and quantity of the food is what always kept me coming back. My last 5 orders have been horrible. From my order not being correct to food not being cooked properly and just given out very messy. This past Sunday, went in to order for carry out. They said no pizza. I continue to try and place the rest of our order and wouldn't take it. Completely ignored me. I literally kept asking respectfully if she would take my order and only continued to look back at the cook and speak in her own language as if I wasn't there.
