Extra Space Storage — Attraction in Los Angeles

The space is absolutely clean. This is Sandra LUWEDE that’s my nickname Eve Adonai I will be changing my name back to Eve Adonai. But the extra space storage so far the people are kind and respectful and friendly. I saw a plug and my phone was dead so I began to charge it. It there was a woman Spanish that came up to me polightly and respectfully told me that I could not charge my phone on the plug and that they were able to tell that someone was using the plug. That’s something I was not aware of . I did see the camera above it wasn’t something I was trying to sneak and or hide. Peoples phones die and situations happen. I appreciate that her approach was gentle however towards the end she sounded alittle pushy when she said I am going to need you to unplug your phone. But I had already agreed that I was going to do so. Which made me feel as if she felt as if I was not going to do so. As a person with a disability I do not move as fast as everyone else all I ask is for all employees to be patient. And not jump to conclusions or make assumptions. Please be sure that the person is not refusing so you can avoid or refrain from telling them more than once. Be observant at all times. This will make the business an even better business when everyone is able to work well as well as communicate better with people with disabilities as well as people without disabilities. Professionalism means respecting everyone big or small sick or well. That’s my feed back I ask that you would please not take it to offense whatsoever. Liz was absolutely wonderful and incredibly helpful during my last visit. She’s always so cheerful every time I see her, and I make a point to wave hello whenever I arrive at the storage unit and spot her in the office.

Unfortunately, I lost the key to my unit and was going crazy searching for it in my purse. I returned to my unit and waited for Liz—and sure enough, she arrived with a toolbox in hand, ready to help. She was professional and safety-conscious, putting on her clear goggles before carefully working to drill out the lock.

Even when the drill gave out mid-way, she didn’t give up. She kept at it with determination and managed to break the lock open. She also made sure to clean up the area afterward, clearing any bits of metal left behind. That level of care and attention meant so much to me.

Where do I even begin with Antonio? I’ve been renting at this storage facility for over two years now, and since day one, Antonio has been exceptional—always professional, courteous, and incredibly helpful.

I always enjoy chatting with him when I stop by. He’s a hardworking employee; I frequently see him cleaning and maintaining the floor where my unit is. He’s friendly to everyone and always ready to lend a hand.

One moment I’ll never forget is when he called me personally to let me know I had forgotten to lock my unit. That kind of attentiveness really gave me peace of mind. Another time, when I was out of the country and my credit card had been compromised, Antonio helped me settle my balance over the phone as soon as I returned. I truly appreciated his patience and support during that time.

The staff at this location is absolutely fabulous! Helpful, accommodating and friendly. My brother recently passed away, and I needed to clear out his apartment before month end. Finding a storage unit on top of funeral and memorial arrangements was stressful, triggered my anxiety, and left me no time to grieve his loss. Extra Space Storage on Venice Blvd. was my saving grace. The manager, Antonio, was absolutely the most understanding of my hurried situation. Honestly would have broken down crying on the sidewalk if not for him. I also noticed how well he treated his staff. He had a new employee learning the ropes, and Antonio was patient with him as he taught him how to use their program (while thanking me for my patience). Big kudos to the Team at the Venice Blvd location! The facility is clean (including the parking lot!) and SECURE! The staff is top notch, and I'm so happy I chose this spot. I feel absolutely confident that my brother's stuff is safe and secure until I'm ready to move them out. Thank you very much to Antonio and the staff at Venice Blvd!...
