Worse Little Caesar's experience of my life! I call to place my order on Thursday November 19th 2015 at 6:30pm and a young lady answered the phone (who's name I didn't get). She became impatient while trying to explain to me how many pieces came in a crazy bread order. Which was unnecessary on her part because I was ordering cheesy bread! So she puts someone named Debbie on the phone who finally completed my order, so I thought! I arrive to pick up my order and GUESS WHAT! The order was put in incorrectly! So I wait PATIENTLY as the cashier who's name was Jennifer puts in the correct order. I inform her that I'm gonna add a 2 Liter to my order. She says o.k. Finally my order is ready and Jennifer rings me up. So I say thank you and go to the cooler to grab my 2 liter and as I'm walking towards the door she says, "I didn't ring you up for the Pepsi"! I'm thinking to myself, she's informing me that she's giving me the Pepsi as a courtesy for my troubles. Nooooooo! She rudely says, "excuse me I need to ring you up for the Pepsi! So after all the not getting my order correct over the phone and making me wait when my order should've been HOT AND READY when I arrived, she forgets that I said I was adding a Pepsi to my order?????? By this time all I wanna do is jump over the counter and line up her and those other two dim witted broads who took my order and smack them all in one swing like the 3 stooges! But I pay and leave! What happened to the days when there was this thing called...

The young lady at the counter was super sweet. We tried out the new item CRAZY PUFFS... absolutely addictive. The cups are small but sooooooo good, cheesy, greasy and all around YUMMY! seasoning is on point! Certainly not a diet food... but a great explosion of flavor. Price is not bad.

My only negative feedback is that I pre ordered 2 combos which include 2 liter soda and location was out of 2 liter sodas, the young lady offered 2 20 oz drinks in lieu of a 2 liter (we were shortchanged roughly 23 oz...I stated that a more appropriate substitution would be 3 20oz drinks, to which she replied, that the substitution was based on price (2 20oz bottles were roughly the price of 1 2 liter drink)... thereby the concern being more for the overall net return to the franchise and not a concern for the guest! A bit disappointing, but...

Manager is awful!!! I ordered online and when I went to pick up my order the store was closed a full half hour before the 10pm close time. I knocked and tried the door but no one was inside. When I called the next day for a refund the manager was extremely rude and said they were open and that I was lying. She said she would check the cameras and if I was telling the truth she would call me and give me a refund. She never called so I called the store again and within 2 minutes a random employee gave me a refund. Why was this so difficult to do in the first place? It’s clear after reading other reviews that this happens alot, and that when the store closes early it’s usually the same manager who closes early. It’s obvious she’s just trying to save face.
