The reason I am giving this place a bad review is because I don't appreciate being lied to and basically stealing from your customers. They LIE to the customer about tax! The sales tax in Los Angeles County including Beverly Hills and Downtown it's LA County the sales tax is 9.50% in 2023 throughout the entire County they insisted that because they're closer to downtown that their sales tax is 10.25% which is a LIE so they are overcharging all of their customers and I find that very unethical and it's actually ILLEGAL. So not only did that make me write a bad review but they just lost a customer over there Shady illegal Behavior!! And by the way 2 days before I wrote this review I shopped in Downtown Sephora store on Figueroa and I look at my receipt the sales tax is 9.50% in Downtown L.A. I came home did the math they actually ended up charging me 11% in Tax!!! Even higher then the 10.25% they said. NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS SHADY...

This past weekend it was a Salvadorian event. We decided to support this restaurant. Big mistake. It took us about two hours to get our food. After two hours, we decided to start asking where was our food apparently they had overlooked our order and nothing was done. Another thing that I found very disappointing is that place decided to create a menu just for that day and price their Pupusas at $5 each and they were a lot smaller…. When typically their pupusa’s are at $3.75.. It’s so disappointing that people take advantage of events like this to increase their prices to make money and then they still don’t provide a good service. I regret going here and we should’ve gone to the vendors on the event. I’m seeing a lot of videos on social media and those pupusas look so much...

Always very pleasurable attendants here that attend to every requests with the most attentive details. Food is always delicious, fulfilling and very reasonably priced with a profound touch of Central America home cooking. Nice atmosphere engulfed by tropical music whether eating indoors or out in the patio area. The restaurant owner is always on premise to joyfully greet and personally attend to special requests by patrons thus adding and extra touch of family environment while visiting.
