I have been taking my almost 4 year old here his entire life, and last year I took my 1 year old here too. This place is pricey, $15 per person for anyone over 3 years old, PLUS activities, $6 pony rides, $6 petting zoo, PLUS food, PLUS pumpkins. But I was always willing to pay it because its fun for the kids.
THIS year, I decided to host a play date here. We purchased 10 pumpkins from Forneris Farms ahead of time, for giveaways for the first 10 kids attending the play date. The mom who purchased these pumpkins had a run-in with Barbara Forneris who was amazingly rude to her. But we decided to ignore this woman's rudeness for the sake of the kids.
While purchasing the pumpkins she did notice that there were no tables set up during the week and was concerned that we would not have somewhere to sit. So, today, the day of the play date, I called Forneris Farms to ask whether they would have their usual tables set up and to just briefly go over the play date, explaining that we would use the common area for about an hour before the 22w families in attendance would branch off and do whatever paid activities they were interested in.
Barbara Forneris was NOT hearing me and was NOT having it. She insulted me by telling me that they are a business and that she has "no proof of that we supposedly purchased 10 pumpkins from them". Then she continued to tell me that she "does not understand why we would come there to use the facility when a park would be just as good".
To that I said that she needs to say no more and that we will not be coming to Forneris Farms. We are taking out business elsewhere.
This place claims to be a family farm for family fun? They will NEVER have a cent of my money ever again. What's more, all of the 22 families in attendance WILL hear about this, as well as the thousands of families in the "mommy" community.
I have never dealt with such a rude human being in my life! Unbelievable.
Do not waste your time on these people, and do not support their money...

Read moreTo start off, I agree with all the negative reviews and everyone that felt scammed. Sadly, me and my whole family felt this way today. Went there for the first time today and will absolutely be the last. Felt like I wasted my family’s time and threw my $180 at the forneris farms trash can. Staff are completely rude and very pushy with time. The scam starts with the fact that you have to pay $5.00 just to enter. I notice the owner commenting one of the negative reviews here, that the entrance ends up being free when you use that towards picking a pumpkin, but certainly it’s something that is purposely NOT mentioned at the entrance or purposely no signs up so the rest of us know this. Second, you take 10 steps in, the have to pay another $20 to ride a 1 minute train ride that includes the corn maze. I do feel it’s unfair because if you’re not able to do corn maze and only yhe 1 minute train ride or just don’t feel comfortable doing the corn maze because you have kids that may be scared you shouldn’t have to pay for it anyway. Third, the staff are very rude. Overall, this place was not fun. Not because we felt we got scammed as soon as we entered but because it’s so small and there’s not much to do. So in my opinion it’s just not worth it. I understand, times are hard but overcharging people, is not the way to do business on the long run. You are better off driving a little further away, where it’s cheaper and getting more out of your...
