The playground at Brand Park needs some serious clean-up/ power washing/disinfecting. It was my first time visiting it and not planning on returning. I took my toddler for play time. It was midday, so there was plenty of parking... but the parking lot smelled like urine or worse... (keep reading). I noticed a small group of parents with toddlers in the Playground, so I figured it wasn't that bad there. The playground equipment is diverse and has many fun and challenging things to do. I can definitely see kids all ages having a blast there! However, the equipment is dirty, and the foam floor has a lot of stains. We didn't stay too long there. A homeless man approached us at the playground and started speaking with no sense, then he walked behind us and stayed looking at us while whispering. Even my toddler got nervous.
