Bigger than I expected, comparable to Cypress Swapmeet in size. At first, parking can be a bit complicated (some handicap parking is actually located farther away than regular parking) but once I found the parking structure there were open handicap spots as well as EV charging stations (free of charge).
There are LOTS of vendors selling everything from clothing to housewares to furniture. I think the biggest difference I noticed is that there are less "higher end" products being sold here. For example, not as much Nordstrom designer clothes, more of Macy's and Costco level brands. Still was able to find some Skims and popular activewear brands.
The area the college is located in is not the best area but the college itself felt safe and the vendors and people were friendly. Bathrooms need a lot of work, toilets were flooding with several out of order and there aren't many to begin with.
Overall, it's a nice swapmeet, it's close to where I now live and I will definitely be going back. Vendors tend to change over time so hopefully I'll be seeing more higher end, designer stuff soon.
UPDATE: the last few weeks there has been terrible gridlock when trying to leave the parking area. There is no one directing traffic (until you're off campus, a few blocks down there are police) and people have been getting impatient, honking their horns and behaving aggressively. While it's a large swapmeet, prices aren't exceptional enough to deal with the hassle.
Additionally, bathrooms were closed due to flooding and the open bathrooms needed toilet paper (and had only a few stalls). This swapmeet really needs to get it together.
UPDATE 2024: Things have gotten much better with the gridlock and traffic. Bathrooms appear to be up and running again. A few vendors appeared to be missing today (it's after the holidays) but there was very little traffic and it was enjoyable to be here. Hope it...
Read moreIt's okay if you just want to walk around but not really buying anything especially the veggies why because they're bought at a packinghouse god-knows-where and then they resold at the swap meet and then of course some prices are cheap like a dollar and so forth but then again it goes back to the same thing you bought this out of packing house to resell at a swap meet and you're giving people cheap prices a dollar a pound and whatnot but then again it's been traveled for so many hours in an enclosed truck with no refrigeration and it's very sad looking and then it spoils by the next day even though it's a dollar a pound I really don't make any sense of this some of the stuff is very sad and then of course you have to remember the quality of this stuff I'm very highly concerned about this because I have children myself and I would be very careful as to what I feed them especially...

Reviews said it was one of the smalker ones in the area, but we spent a whole afternoon there and still didnt see everything! Whatever youre looking for, Harbor College Swap Meet will have it! They have things you didnt even know you needed!! Tables and tables of new clithes piled high for $1 each! We got fresh fruit, a fresh coconut drink, and the elote was AMAZING! We ended up having to buy a little wagon to carry all of our treasures in. Atmosphere on site. The bathrooms were very dirty bit there were so many people there i am sure they are just hard to keep up with. You do have to walk a little to get to it and you cant see it ftom the streets, but trust me, its a great...
