Let's first start off with the head lights. They did not have the size for the bulb for my headlights. It was to small, they said "come next week we will get you the right size" so I came the following week and they said the bulbs came. They end up installing it, they ended up used the same bulb as last week and they used glue to place them on. They GLUED MY HID BULB TO MY HEADLIGHT!!!! Not just one but BOTH! I asked them about it and TIMOTHY said "you wanted your light so we installed them" if you never had the correct bulb then don't install it. Or you don't have any then screw it just say no. And give me my money. EACH HEADLIGHT COST 300$ USED! And the freaking head lights burned out a month later which is when I found out after checking that it was glued

NEXT, you will see wiring, CHEAP WIRING wired to my car which makes sense why it burned out in 1 month. That whole month I smelt plastic burning under my hood and found out the blue protection on the ballast piece wasn't even taken out which could've caused a fire!!! Like why???? Why couldn't you just do the easiest thing.

NEXT, they drilled a whole in my firewall, why didn't you just route it though the wiring harness or something. Now I get bugs, water, and dust coming in the hole. I can smell oil coming in from the hole.

THEY WILL GIVE YOU A DISCOUNT ON 5 STAR REVIEWS, MAKES SENSE WHY ALOT OF PEOPLE GO FROM 5 STARS TO 1 STAR AFTER SEEING THE WORK LOLOLOLOLOL

I would like to take a moment to do something that I rarely do. However because of the exceptional service that I received from PCH Custom Audio I had no choice... I work at a high line auto dealership in the LA area and because of my job I'm required to meets the needs of very influential clients on a daily basis. These client's expectations are of the highest standards and order to be successful I must graciously meet these standards. Well now I've become accustomed to expecting such standards myself. Which generally when I do business I find that a majority of businesses are unable to deliver such standards. Well to my surprise PCH Custom Audio was able to deliver over and above. Not only did they give me the type of service that I've grown to expect from a 5 star establishments they exceeded that. I meet the owner Andrew and his Mgr Sam.. personally they made sure to take the time to listen to my need then offered different solutions. They where extremely honest with me and made it very easy to business with them. The work was awesome and my new audio system is just incredible... I can't be more happy and I recommend that if you need a new car stereo or just maybe to improve what you currently have go see them. I promise you won't be disappointed! This is one of the worst places to get a custom audio besides their bad service they over price everything. I went to get a new amplifier and subwoofers, A guy named Jason he will tell you he will give you the best deal but actually type on the invoice a cheaper models and install the cheaper model tell you that you need stuff that really you don't need he sold me a custom subwoofer box without even installing a new custom subwoofer box, he left my old one there but didn't tell me he thought I wasn't going to notice same goes with some led head lights they didn't install them I had to go back another day cause they didn't have them in stock! About the custom work it's all MICKEY MOUSE specially if you get a guy named Israel he drill and screwed the amplifiers on the cab of the truck knowing they would come outside of the cab now I got screws sticking out between the bed and the cab, it's been raining which now I got water going inside the truck causing the amps to turn off even worst my carpet is soaked and getting rust on the bolts! I went back so they can fix it they said to go back in 3 day cause they were to busy.(((( I would not recommend this place to no one, wouldn't want anyone to go thru this experience...
