Casa Leaders Inc — Local services in Los Angeles

Gave a 1 star due to the dishonesty of this place and how they try to mislead their customers. They claim to not run your credit and that they will only charge 15% interest for your purchase but when given the monthly payments nothing adds up to 15% interest and when asking why all I got answered was “let me show you an example or it will be on the contract you sign” but when showing that supposedly example even there numbers didn’t add up neither the so called contract stated that you’d be paying a 15% interest. When asking why it didn’t show on contract the answer I received was “that’s what I read on the books” like really?! Why can’t they be just straight up honest and let their customer know they’ll be paying more than 20% interest which is double the amount of what they initially purchase and let customers decide if they’re willing to go that route. I understand some people don’t have the full cash to pay it in full and that’s when they take advantage of their customers over charging them. So I decided not to make a purchase went else where was able to stay on my budget paying cash and not being mislead with dishonesty like they do here. Came here after stopping at one of the "big name" stores, what a difference. No high pressure salesmen, just good selection and good prices. I called ahead to see the if they had a particular sofa and loveseat from their ad on display and they did. I spoke with Monica and when I got there she greeted me by name! She took me straight to the model I called about and then showed me a few other comparable models. She was very knowledgeable and very pleasant. Ordered the original set, and she worked a discount when I added a second sofa. Ask for her if you stop in! Shopped on Sunday, delivered on Thursday. Carlos and Manuel were very professional, careful, and thorough. They even moved my two old sofas, loveseat, and recliner outside without me asking! Definitely above and beyond! Terrible Communication — Will Never Purchase From Here Again

I had an extremely frustrating experience with Casa Leaders in Wilmington and their warehouse. The lack of communication is absolutely unacceptable. After placing my order, no one ever called to update me on the status. I tried reaching out multiple times and kept getting vague answers or no response at all.

It felt like once they had my money, they completely stopped caring about customer service. I shouldn’t have to chase them down just to find out when (or if) my order would arrive.

In the end, I was so disappointed and frustrated that I decided I will NEVER purchase anything from this store again — and I would strongly warn others to think twice before doing business here.
