HARVEY is EXCELLENT ! Harvey is one of the top store representatives at LA SUIT OUTLET. He has always provided me with the Best Customer Service, and I've also observed that Harvey also provides the Best Service to all his other customers. Harvey is super-helpful and genuinely friendly, and he has an expert's knowledge of men's suits - - but he also respects your personal space and he is NOT a pushy salesperson. I visited LA SUIT OUTLET a few days ago, and Harvey remembered me from last year ! Harvey also remembered the EXACT suits that I had purchased 12 months ago - - he has an amazing memory. Harvey informed me of new suits and he pointed to specific locations of suits that he knew that I would like. Then he let me have my own space and he let me relax and try on lots of different suits without hovering next to me - - I really appreciated that Harvey was always ready to expertly help me, but he also left me alone in peace. LA SUIT OUTLET has a great variety of nice suits, and this store has the best and lowest prices compared to anywhere else. That day, I bought 3 suits from Harvey. I was excited to visit the L.A Suit Outlet and we even drove from Orange County to do business,because I recently lost a lot of weight and needed 5 suits to replace them, however as I walked in search of their store my wife and I had to use the bathroom due to the long drive. We walked in and we were greeted by the bald guy in the ads. I asked if we could please use the bathroom and he said “No” and offered no explanation. That was poor customer service and I told him I wouldn’t buy suits from him or their store ever again. I walked over to Maple Suit Outlet and asked the same question and they gladly allowed us to use their facilities. We bought 5 suits and pre-ordered 2 more. If you care about customer service at all stay away from the L.ASuit Outlet and see the guys at the Maple Suit Outlet instead. And if I was the owner of the L.A Suit Outlet I would question the policies going on over there because your gonna lose business unless u don’t care about...
