I ordered the Super Huarache de alpastor with rice and beans. Before ordering I asked if the Huarache was hand made on site fresh. Sad to say it isn't, it comes out of a packet. The rice was undercooked and hard still, and the beans are your cheap canned beans. I also ordered 4 tacos de asada. If you see the picture I used most of the meat added was fatty meat, mostly inedible. The place has a B rating. Yes I ate the food as that whole meal cost me $35 as of 7/12/21. The good thing about this place was their waters. I ordered a cucumber with chia, and a lemonade with chia. Definitely recommend that. If you come to LA for the food, stay away from here and go with the smaller places that make their tortillas by hand.

Man, I was such a dry mouth; just thirsty! I know not to drink soda when you're mildly dehydrated so I was downtown near "The Alley" and found "The Alley Dog" The first item I saw was the jugs of fresh fruit juice the score for my thirst, very quenching. So they also have bacon hot dogs, tacos, very fresh fruit and I ordered the steak fry's. Oh and they do have a relaxing sit area where you can eat and rest,.It's Pleasant thou I mainly will return for the juice .

Absolutely Ridiculous and Overpriced

If you’re thinking about eating here, don’t. This place is a complete rip-off. First of all, they don’t even bother putting the prices outside, so you can’t decide if it’s worth your money before ordering. Spoiler alert: it’s not.

Eighteen dollars for TWO tacos that taste like they were slapped together with zero effort? Horrible flavor, dry meat, and tortillas that feel like they’ve been sitting out for hours. And don’t even get me started on the $9 agua fresca. For that price, I was expecting something extraordinary, but instead, I got a watery, overly sweet mess.

This spot is banking on the trendy “alley vibe” but delivers overpriced, low-quality food that isn’t worth half of what they charge. Save yourself the disappointment (and your hard-earned cash) and go somewhere else. This...

I ordered two Alley Dogs. I figured they should be pretty good at $4.50 each. WORST hot dogs ever! I ate half of one and the rest went in the trash. How can someone mess up hotdogs? I wouldn't even feed them to my dogs at home. You can tell they've been sitting around a while, not fresh at all -the bacon was stale . the grilled onions were cold and also seemed to be like yesterday's onions. the "Pico de gallo" was sorry as hell and also old. who the F puts cucumber in Pico de gallo and leaves out the peppers? I can't believe they charged what they did for them. I wouldn't give them a dollar for them if I had known....
