This place use to be a gem for the locals to hang out and kids use to play here. Since gentrification happened I have seen the old resident locals asked to leave when there were no events I have heard threats being made to them of calling the cops. Not welcoming at all. We had a party at my Mom's house which is on the other side of this park and we had a live band the people who were running it actually came over to our house and asked us how long we were going to be having the band because we were disturbing their event! The park is called La Culebra for the snake created by the folks in the area which was made of local river rocks and bits of tile. "La Culebra" wanders up and through the park.
