Lanark Shelby Park — Attraction in Los Angeles

i like to come here for a secure spot to park my car & watch tv , since i live in my van! I never encounter many people & there is a public restroom tgat i always clean nyself before I use it....u never know where the covid 19 virus is lingering on or who used the toilet/sink begore you & if they were asymptomatic or not! This park really sucks. Very small and little shade or healthy grass. I suppose it is better to have even this as a park than nothing at all, but it is really not great. The art area nearby seems interesting, but it was closed when I was there. Also, I thought this sidewalk vandalism was interesting. Cement...

The park itself isn't much to see but at the end of it is the Eagle Rock Community Garden. For a small yearly fee you can have a 6x12 plot for growing vegetables or flowers or whatever you like. There are also picnics and get together and there's a wood fire oven that they make bread...
