Landeros Furniture Superstore — Attraction in Los Angeles

I, Kecia Ballard, received incorrect bedroom merchandise on 03/09/20, from Landero's Furniture Outlet located at 631 E. Florence Ave., LA 90001. On 03/07/20, I special ordered a 3 PCS Bed, Dresser, and 2 Nighstands in Alegra Color Oak Creek Finish for $1927.64 (taxes and delivery fees included). We contacted Arturo the next day on 03/10/20, to notify him that we received a nightstand in the wrong color. I texted him pictures of what was received. I was reassured that the nightstand would be ordered in the correct color, but I would have to wait until June due to the Covid-19 pandemic. I agreed and waited. June arrived and I was contacted and told the delivery was on their way to bring a 5-drawer chest. I declined because the 5-drawer chest will not fit in the bedroom. I was given different excuses with the last one being no stock available in the color ordered. I informed him this was a special order, not store stock. Conveniently with the warranty on the furniture to expire on 06/09/20. I believe Landero's Furniture Outlet used deceptive business practices and continues to sell special orders that they cannot fulfill. I requested to bring the nightstand back in exchange for the correct one and they declined. I requested they pick up the nightstand and they declined. I paid in full upon placing the order and I still haven't gotten the correct merchandise nor a refund. Every representative I have spoken to at Landero's Furniture Outlet is being evasive about the situation. If they can't produce the product, I should be refunded in full for the entire bedroom set. I will take my money and business elsewhere to purchase a complete bedroom set. I have also filed a complaint with the BBB, the Department of Consumer Affairs, and Yelp. Esta semana que paso Martes 5 de Marzo 2024 vine a este lugar llamado Laderos Furniture Outlet ante de la esquina de Florence y central a chequear los precios para un sofa , Me salió un tal famoso Oscar Reinoso haciendo lo posible para venderme el sofá para hacer la historia más corta me lo tenían que entregar este sábado 9 de Marion 2024. Ante yo de dejar mi depósito le fui bien claro como el agua a oscar reinoso que si hacían el delivery tenia que ser después de la 3:00 PM porque me iban a instalar una carpeta en el sofá pero que si no iva a poder cumplir con eso detalle que mejor me dijiera así yo me iba a otro lado aser mi compra pues el tal Oscar Reynoso no cumplió y ala hora de pedir mis $50 dólares de deposito me dijo así de claro que no me iva a dar nada, porque desde el principio estaba muy exigente yo como comprador algo tan incoerente porque si yo te estoy diciendo que no voy a estar disponible la mañana para el delivery y nomas iba a poder después de la 3pm para que te ases responsables si al final vas aser una persona inrresponsable, rudo, improfesional y un servicio de la miercoles, para que después el manager me dijera que todavía yo les quedo debiendo wowwww descarado hijos dela Gran mil (P) Laderos se deberían llamar Ratero furniture outlets . A ese ritmo que van , van de caída pal fango. Si puediera dejarles un de review de 0 se los dajara porque una estrella no se la merecen.

This week, Tuesday, March 5, 2024, I came to this place called Laderos Furniture Outlet on the corner of Florencia and Central to check the prices of a sofa. I got a famous Oscar Reinoso doing his best to sell me the sofa to make the purchase. a short story, they had to the delivery to me this Saturday, March 9, 2024. Before leaving my deposit I made it very clear to Oscar Reinoso that if they made the delivery it had to be after 3:00 pm because they were going to install a carpet in my apartment, but if he couldn't comply with that detail, he better let me know. By then I would go somewhere else to make my purchase. That Oscar Reynoso did not comply and when it came to asking for my deposit of $50 he told me clearly that he was not going to give me anything, because from the beginning I was very demanding as a buyer. Something so incoherent because if I tell you that I will not be available in the morning for delivery and I could only be there after 3:00 PM in the afternoon so that you take responsibility if in the end you are going to be an irresponsible, rude person, unprofessional don’t waste people time and money , so that later the manager told me that I still owe them hahaha wowwww shameless children of the Gran mil (P) Laderos should be called Ratero furniture. I am really disappointed, I ordered a set of sofas and the big sofa did not fit in my door and they left it outside my house and on Saturday, I called and they said they will come back to get it inside my house through my window on Monday. I requested my day off work to wait for them, they showed up at 3pm stating that they could not get inside because I had to pay a person to removed my window, and They didn’t have time to wait... until now my sofa is outside and I asked to exchange them even if I need to pay any extra.... they said that they responsibility was to sell the sofas not to place them inside my house... now I just need to talk to the owner to see how can we resolve this...
