I went to see the Richard Neutra designed home but it had a chainlink fence and was under construction. There was a security guard on the street but he was unaware of its historical importance as the 1st steel frame residential home, and had no clue about any tours. I'm taking a star off since I don't think they're doing tours now, but they need to tell the security...
