We were so excited about Casa Leo joining our already amazing neighborhood food spots in Los Feliz. We patiently waited for their dinner service to launch and couldn’t have been more satisfied with our experience. First of all, every single one of the team members were exceptional in making us feel welcomed and at home. They were very attentive and obviously dedicated to their guest and making their dinner experience memorable despite being newly opened. Next, the variety of food options was refreshing and unique to the area. Their wine list was short but effective and we really enjoyed the chilled red which complemented a lot of the dishes we enjoyed. For the food, the flavors were spot on and we really enjoyed the jamón, tomato salad, the corn and eggplant cocas, and the oxtail. We will gladly be returning to try the rest of the menu (especially the desserts). The restaurant is beautiful, the vibes were immaculate and the overall experience was 5 stars from start...

Read moreThe food was really good, albeit very small portions even for tapas standards. It's pricey but what isn't these days?
The gazpacho was really good as was the pan con manchego. The ancient grains were delicious as were the Cocas! Don't get me started on Helen's cheesecake!!! so good.
The wine pours were incredibly stingy. I sent a photo to my friends and they laughed asking if I was wine tasting. I can see small pours for a wine flight but a glass of wine at $13.00 for a very teeny, tiny pour is not good. Very limited wine selection.
All in all, I would absolutely go back and hope they are a bit more heavy handed with...
