Update: I came back in for another session and have to say ....OMG WHERE HAS THIS place been all my life. Hands down the best experience. Both the manager and amazing associate were there to walk me through the entire experience. I felt so relaxed and enjoyed myself and can't wait to come back in. If you could do one thing for yourself anything... This is it. Has somebody who works in a job that is high stress, and who sits all day at her desk and computer this is everything I needed and then some to relax and unwind and decompress. Must go!!!

Had a very unique first experience yesterday Oct 1st-- that we won't get into detail on as I will say that the situation I encountered was not only was rectified but resulted in the manager Neish Waddell going above and beyond to make things more than right with me. A good manager, accountability and showing you care ...go along way in my book and let's just say I am really excited to go back and try this experience over again, and have a clean slate. Niche, I hope you know how much I appreciate you and how touched I am by your level of service provided. We need more of you out there in the world bc THIS is what service looks like. I am a Beverly Hills travel agent and working in the hospitality industry, our jobs can be very challenging and so can the clients we work with too. Customer service is hard to come by-- and finding employees or managers who truly value their jobs is something that seems even harder to come by. He thoughtfully guided me through the spa’s offerings, ensuring I selected treatments that would best serve my preferences and needs. Throughout my time at the spa, Max was attentive to every detail, making certain that I was comfortable and had everything I needed to fully unwind.

Beyond his genuine hospitality, Max’s dedication left a lasting impression. He arranged a personalized selection of amenities just for me. It’s rare to encounter someone so wholeheartedly invested in making a guest feel special, yet Max did so with such grace and authenticity.

So this place is AWESOME! I was a little unsure if these types of therapy would be that effective since I’m a little new to this stuff, but woah. I was wrong. Pause is immediately inviting and the staff was so so welcoming (especially Max!). They walked me through the different offerings and I was able to try out the contrast therapy for my first experience. Highly, highly recommended this one after a long day since it helped me feel rejuvenated yet relaxed after my work. Very clean and atmospheric, and tons of privacy of course.

I loved it so much I went back and was able to try out the floating therapy and WOAH was this so cool. I felt extremely tranquil and was able to unwind and regain some focus which I haven’t felt in awhile. The water and tank were stunning, and of course, the staff was just so welcoming and attentive again. Can’t recommend this...
