More than Happy with RMP. My wife jackie Taylor-Benjamin is there RIP and I will be with her when God Calls me home. I really recommend RMP to all. My Wife Jackie Taylor-Benjamin died 9/10/2017 and I am at RMP almost everyday spending time with my wife. George and Monica and gardening/Lanscapng crew are all awesome, they are like my 2nd family since I go up to RMP and see them all the time. The past 2 years Ive been going to visti and sit and lay with my wife I have seen Major upgrades thats making RMP excellent. God Bless You George and Monica and gardening/Landscaping crew your all awesome and always make me feel at home when visiting my wife
As of 01 31 2025. I am now 100% Displeased with RMP. I been visiting my wife since 09/16/2017 to this current day. And I can't believe I visited my wife graveside last week and all my decorations were thrown away. I read yesterday the new policy which allows visitors such as myself to only put live flowers down from now on. This really hurt my heart. I assume RMP don't understand I can't afford to spend $50 per week buying live flowers especially knowing they will thrown away on Thursday morning. In times like now when times are hard financially I can't believe that RMP will not allow anymore decorations on the graveside of the love ones in I/we paid for. I can honestly say I am very disappointed know knowing when I visit my wife graveside if I don't have money for live flowers my wife graveside will be empty from now on. I put decorations up every week and tool down Wednesday and put back down on Thursday to allow grass cutting. I can honestly say from my heart as a man whom buried his wife 0n 09/16/2017 at RMP , I regret I bought me and my wife a double graveside at RMP. I pray whoever maid the decision to only allow live flowers to understand life is tough and were living in uncertain times and it's financially challenging right now. I will be praying for whomever decision it was to allow only live flowers down at my wife and all others whom have love ones there at RMP graveside.

Read moreMy first interaction was with Janette, I was to meet the broker but he didnât show up. Janette looked up the property for me, showed me on the map in the office and even guided me through the phone when I couldnât find it. I then went to the office to ask more questions and they had me talk to another sales agent. My mom, sister and I went to the office, I had never been in this situation before and I asked her for a piece of paper to write down notes, she didnât give me one and continued giving me information without a pamphlet or paper for me to write notes, my sister had to take out a receipt from her purse for me to write it in the back of the receipt. We then went home and contacted Janette to proceed with the paperwork, we signed. The second sales agent calls me and I inform her Iâm working with someone else and I thought that was it. She called AGAIN, to keep insisting on me going with her, I told her Iâm not worried about whoâs going to be my sales agent, Iâm worried about laying my father to rest! They can decide who it is, but papers are already signed. I informed the funeral director I was working with and he informed Roosevelt Cemetary Director and I got a call directly from him to apologize and clear everything up. The paperwork went smooth, the ceremony was organized well, Janette always keeps us updates and she answers all our question. I would recommend working with Janette. The cemetery is...
Read moreThis place has the most horrific customer service. Dealt with several employees. George was the last one I spoke to this time. They are unorganized and have zero follow through. He said he was the office manager. My mom's artificial flowers have been tossed a few times. I asked for schedule and no one can give me a solid answer. They clean as needed. The floor in Chapel of Faith is riddled with bugs. They have old dryed out real flowers in the vases for months but throw the artificial flowers out. Makes no sense. Please research before laying your loved ones to rest here. Mom bought this crypt 30 yrs ago. It was beautiful. Now the staff is rude and seem to not care. I wish we had made a better...
