Disappointing Food & Service - I had a very frustrating experience at this Mediterranean restaurant. I had actually viewed all the food options in the hall before choosing this place. Unfortunately, both the food and the customer service were severely lacking.
The most significant issue was with my order. I opted to dine in and received a buzzer but it never beeped and/or vibrated. My food ended up sitting at the counter for a good 10 minutes while I waited in the seating area, completely unaware. I only realized something was wrong when I went to check on it myself. I was just a couple of feet away from the cashier, but he didn't bother to notify me or bring it to me.
When I brought this to the cashier's attention, he basically brushed it off. The dismissive attitude just added to the frustration.
As for the food itself, once I finally got to eat it, it was disappointing. There was one spice that completely overpowered the entire plate—it was all I could taste. The fries tasted like they were frozen, and I couldn't taste any dressing on the salad at all, making it very bland. The only saving grace of this entire visit was that the portion sizes were generous.
Overall, the combination of poor service and the resulting lackluster food quality makes it impossible to recommend this establishment. I won't...

Reminder that small details can make a big difference, especially when it comes to Mediterranean food.
As a Mediterranean restaurant, one of your most important dishes is the shawarma. And when you serve shawarma, it must come with Toum (garlic sauce), just like fries come with ketchup. They go together, always. Every shawarma lover knows that Toum is not optional, it’s essential!.
Charging extra for toum feels cheap, and it makes the experience feel incomplete. If you need to cover costs, just include it in the shawarma price ,but don’t make it a separate item. Shawarma without Toum is just chicken and veggies, it’s missing its soul.
And especially if you’re serving a Middle Eastern community, whether the owner or the customers ,we are not cheap people. Give the customer what they want, and they’ll give you what you want.
You have good food, no doubt. Don’t let small details like this bring it down. A small fix can make a big difference in how customers feel about your...
Read moreThe menu features fresh mediterranean dishes that unfortunately were not highlighted with the expected vibrant mediterranean flavors. The babaganoush was fresh yet lacked the staple tanginess and smokiness, warm bread was a highlight as it was loaded with zaatar. The falafel was crispy, perfectly moisten and yet...lack the herby cumin flavor.
The chicken wrap was somewhat more flavorful than the falafel plate and the fries were perfection! Don't pay extra for the garlic sauce.
Limone can turn up the volume overall! It's a great fresh and fairly portion option at the Enclave but for a mediterranean place it can use a few extra spoons of spice as well as make some type of "hot Mediterranean sauce" available at no extra cost - after my first couple of bites I would have resorted to some sauce to turn up the flavor but standing in line to order sauce to compensate for the lack of flavor was a...
