SKECHERS Warehouse Outlet — Local services in Gardena

It just seems and it might be just me that every time I go to Skechers to look for a particular shoe that they advertise they never have it in my size. Now. Please note that I am a size 14. I just wanted a pair of those slip-on shoes. They told me that they are the largest warehouse. And there is probably no other place that I can go to. Even though in their inventory they show that they should have sizes 15 and 14 and 13. So I just feel bad that I'm penalized for having bigger feet. I just wanted those slip-on shoes so badly because of my medical condition.

Supposedly the owner replies to this review suggesting that I go to the website to order the shoes I want. To me this is not a good suggestion only because I would rather be able to try on the shoe because if I order it and it doesn't fit. I hate going through the long process of returning something. I went to the warehouse and if it's the warehouse they should have my size or at least tell me when they will have a shipment in. They were not able to tell me anything other than we didn't know. And now this owner makes a suggestion to me making it look like I'm being taken care of. Take care of me by providing what I need in the warehouse.

I had to answer it in this manner because there is no option here to respond back to the owners reply. But please note I did not walk out empty handed. I bought a pair of shoes anyway though it was not...

This review is for the store/outlet only. I’ll make a separate review for the food spot (if and when I get a chance) but to be perfectly honest, I was a little underwhelmed.

There’s plenty of parking, and the store is very clean and organized. It’s huge actually, with lots to see and lots of variety. They are currently running a promotion, but a pair and get 50 percent off your second pair. I’m not sure if that applies to clearance as well but my family and I browsed around for about half an hour. My kids picked up some sandals at a decent price.

Here’s the thing. When I think of an outlet, I’m thinking of bargain prices or stellar sales and deals. The prices of things were average. I’ve seen better promotions online. If you’re in the area, it’s worth checking out but don’t come out of your way if that...

This was my first time at this store, and it wasn't what I expected at all. There is a food court outside, upbeat music and lots of activity. I personally found it overwhelming, but I could see why others would gravitate to the area. There were plenty of employees offering assistance and I was surprised how organized the shoes were.

The person who helped me was Damar (hope I spelled his name correctly) and he went above and beyond to make sure I left with the best shoes for me. He was extremely knowledgeable of the products (Fit, style, purpose) and promotions, listened to my situation and provided shoes to try, answered all my questions and provided very useful information.
