I had an extremely negative experience on 04/14/24 at store 1165 with the associate :284333 (Loois) the store manager,he’s behavior was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. He started yelling at my wife for leaving an unwanted merchandise on the side of the register. (Hair comb ) Don’t leave it there is me the one is going to put it back in location after hours in a rude laud manner. You could’ve clearly see on his face that he was irritated ,it’s not pleasant being attended by a disrespectful person with bad attitude I told him, that’s not the proper way to talk to a woman. He started an argument with us creating a hostile and unwelcoming environment ,he was being racist ! he thought that because we are Hispanic he can treat us like that ? We started recording video to document the situation and one of security guy at the exit in stead of focusing on security measures, he engaged in unnecessary arguments with us ,he started mocking us in front of other costumers calling us ignorants. I asked for the person in charge and Loois replied in a teasing way …I’m the manager . I said Lord help me… I strongly believe that the department store should rethink its personnel selection process and prioritize customer service and professionalism. I spent a considerable amount of money during my visit, yet it felt like the manager and his team did not care about customer satisfaction or building rapport. It is clear that Loois the manager's behavior and staff is a liability for the company, and his actions reflect poorly on the store as a whole. There actions were hurtful and completely unacceptable, and they have had a profound negative effect on us. As a result, I feel compelled to seek justice through legal means to ensure that such behavior is not tolerated and that appropriate action is taken to prevent it from happening to others in the future.

Maryann is a terrible employee at Ross. I tried to do a purchase and she was dismissive and rude. She dresses like a slob and doesn't respect customers. She called me "dumb." Wow what a terrible employee. I am shocked she hasn't been fired yet. Total attitude problem... Acts like a 2 year old.

I went looking for a pair of shoes and some home goods. I found a pair of Reef sandals, that fit exactly what I was looking for. The beauty section looked pretty good too. I was able to find a few good items on sale, ice cream maker and a massager!

If you can't wear a mask because of a health condition do not come here. I was completely embarrassed and was put on the spot in front of all the customers, the sales associate went on the loud speaker and had all the customers staring at me for not wearing a mask. This whole thing is getting completely ridiculous, you can't force people to wear masks and expect us to show you our personal health information. The manager I spoke to wasn't helpful either she just told me to wear my mask, even though it disrupts my breathing. This is the worst shopping experience ever and it sucks because I use to really love Ross but I can see TJ Maxx treats their customers with much more respect and they act way more professionally. Definitely won't be stepping into any Ross and will have my family do the same. Ross should be extremely ashamed on how they treat people regardless whether you want someone to wear a...

I want to share this experience of me shopping here at this store over the weekend over how horrible the management experience was, I was shopping for my items I overheard a group of people arguing over something and the cashier was addressing the lady and the man paying in a very angry tone to pass the item to him. Another employee came and was also arguing with them it was unbelievable the way they started laughing and the man was calling for a manager but he claimed he was the manager of the store and he laughed at them even more. I left in disgust seeing the security laughing along seeing them being humiliated and walking away from them im hoping anyone at Ross management looks into this store, I truly hope someone in corporate sees this or do something about the staff of the store because of the humiliation these people had...
