[UPDATE as of 9/17] * It's been 6 weeks since I dined here. The customer service experience has continued to be deplorable. Bruno from Sr. Management eventually reached out (after weeks of silence, and each response took nearly a week to receive) to offer two free meals, which doesn't resolve much considering we were a party of 7.
I had to decline the offer considering it responded to less than 1/3rd of my group that came and spent money there. My advice to anyone reading: DON'T come here. There are way better steakhouses in the same area who actually care about their customers.
[UPDATE as of 8/20] * Rai from their management reached out below asking me to contact them for a resolution, which I did within minutes of seeing the response 5 days ago. I've followed up and still not a single interaction or any communication whatsoever. Updating my review from 2 stars to just 1. The service here is just pathetic at this point. *
I dined here with a group of friends last night for my birthday. It's my 2nd time here.
The food was mostly good with just a few misses (ex: the chocolate peanut butter cake was extremely dry with a peanut butter filling that was a little too rich and cake layers that were dry/crumbly w/ very little chocolate flavor). But let's get to the important parts: the meats and the service!
Every single rotisserie meat that we tried here was excellent. There was not a single miss in that dept. They know their meats, for sure! Only problem was the lack of variety brought to our table compared to what was listed on the menu. They kept bringing the same few things over and over (ribeye, bottom sirloin, garlic beef, lamb chop, house steak, and picanha is all we got despite the menu listing 17 different meats).
No filet mignon, and not a single pork or chicken dish despite us asking for those and being told they were coming. I guess our group wasn't worth cooking the full menu for on a Wednesday night. We paid full price and yet only got to experience just A THIRD of the churrasco menu.
The service was also very lackluster and low energy. Despite being only one of a few tables present (and easily the largest group) getting our server's attention was SUCH a task. She was very nice anytime we would see her, but our requests were mostly unattended throughout the night because there was such little attention to our table. Our a la carte entrées also took forever to come out. Maybe 45 minutes?? For two fish plates and a burger??? CRAZY.
When a different server eventually came over to ask if we needed anything I said "Yes could we please get some chicken and sausage? We haven't had either yet and were looking forward to some of the non-beef options when we saw the menu." She said she'd get it for us but they never came.
We waited another half hour for those... and they STILL never came.
Once we were ready to pay I held the check and my credit card high in the air for several minutes waiting for someone to come and take our payment. But they were all too busy resetting the tables to notice.
Even after I said "Hi! Can we get some help please!" at a loud volume (not screaming but definitely audible), STILL nobody came over! Which was pretty crazy to me and my friends since the servers weren't that far from us.
I'm not sure I'd come back to this particular location honestly. They didn't even notice that it was my birthday until our meal was completely over and the restaurant was closed. It was a total afterthought which made me feel unimportant and unnoticed.
I'm still pissed that my friends who spent over $100pp that night couldn't even get simple requests like chicken and sausage - which we paid for and SPECIFICALLY asked for well before the kitchen was closed.
Yeah I probably won't be back. Even just writing this out made me realize how poor the...
Read moreWalking into H&H Brazilian Steakhouse, I felt like I had stepped into another world, a world full of warmth, vibrant energy, and the unmistakable aroma of expertly grilled meats. From the very first moment, the experience was nothing short of magical.
The atmosphere struck me immediately: welcoming yet refined, lively yet relaxing. The staff greeted me with genuine smiles, and their professionalism and attentiveness were evident from the start. I could tell this was more than just a restaurant; it was a celebration of tradition, flavor, and connection.
The Food: A Culinary Masterpiece The Churrasco Brunch was the highlight of my visit. The gaucho chefs moved gracefully through the room, presenting skewers of perfectly grilled meats with precision and care. Each cut was rich with flavor, tender, and cooked to perfection. The Picanha (top sirloin) melted in my mouth, and the lamb chops were so flavorful I couldn’t resist going back for seconds (and maybe thirds).
The sides were equally exceptional. The warm, golden cheese bread, fresh and vibrant salads, and sweet fried bananas added thoughtful touches to an already outstanding meal. Every bite felt intentionally crafted to enhance the dining experience.
The Unlimited Wine Experience is a must try. The wine paired beautifully with the smoky richness of the meats, and the Passion Fruit Caipirinha was the star of the show for me. Its refreshing tropical flavors transported me straight to Brazil. It was one of the best cocktails I’ve ever had. For those who prefer non-alcoholic options, there is an impressive selection as well, ensuring everyone can enjoy something special.
Desserts That Stole My Heart I ended my meal with two desserts I can’t stop thinking about. The Passion Fruit Mousse was light, creamy, and bursting with tropical flavor, a perfect way to cleanse the palate. The Petit Gateau, a warm chocolate cake with a gooey fudge center served with velvety vanilla bean ice cream, was pure indulgence. Every spoonful was a celebration.
H&H Brazilian Steakhouse stands out for its family friendly atmosphere. The lively vibe keeps kids entertained, and the variety of food ensures even the pickiest eaters find something they love. The staff went above and beyond to make families feel welcome, creating a joyful and inclusive environment.
The Experience: More Than Just a Meal What truly sets H&H apart isn’t just the food, it is the atmosphere, the people, and the culture it embodies. The discipline and care of the staff, the rhythm of the meal, and the connection to Brazilian traditions made this so much more than just dining. It reminded me to slow down, savor every moment, and enjoy life’s simple pleasures.
Convenience and Accessibility H&H Brazilian Steakhouse is wheelchair accessible, ensuring everyone can comfortably enjoy the experience. Parking was convenient, with valet and nearby public options, and the 2 hour dining limit felt just right for relaxing and savoring everything on offer.
This wasn’t just a meal, it was a journey into the heart of Brazil. Filled with incredible flavors, impeccable service, and unforgettable moments, H&H Brazilian Steakhouse exceeded all my expectations. The pricing was very reasonable for the quality and variety offered, and I left completely satisfied, both in my stomach and in my soul.

Read moreFrom the moment we stepped into H & H Steakhouse, we knew we were in for something special — but what we experienced went far beyond an excellent meal. It was a masterclass in hospitality, attention to detail, and warmth that turned an already anticipated evening into a truly memorable one.
The atmosphere was inviting and elegant, with just the right blend of sophistication and comfort. But what truly elevated the experience was the incredible staff. From the very beginning, they made us feel not just welcome, but genuinely cared for. One of the most thoughtful gestures came early on when we asked if there was a quiet space available for us to perform our prayers. Without hesitation, the staff graciously found us a clean, private area where we could pray in peace — an act of kindness that left a lasting impression and spoke volumes about their understanding, inclusivity, and commitment to guest comfort.
When it came to the food, H & H delivered the full Brazilian steakhouse experience — and then some. The variety of meats was staggering: each cut brought to our table was perfectly cooked, expertly seasoned, and served with an enthusiasm that made us feel like honored guests at a family feast. From juicy picanha to tender lamb, spicy sausages to succulent ribs, the parade of skewers was seemingly endless. What stood out, beyond the sheer quality of the meat, was the attentiveness of the staff. They didn’t simply make their rounds — they observed, engaged, and responded. When we began to slow down between rounds, the servers noticed immediately. Rather than moving on, they gently asked if there was anything specific we’d like more of, or if there was a favorite cut they could bring back for us. That level of attentiveness made the experience feel deeply personalized.
Even the pacing of the meal was perfect. We never felt rushed or overwhelmed, and the staff somehow managed the ideal balance of checking in without hovering. Every team member we interacted with was warm, professional, and genuinely passionate about what they were doing — it made all the difference.
In short, H & H Steakhouse didn’t just provide us with an incredible meal — they created a seamless, generous, and thoughtful dining experience. From honoring our needs with grace to making sure our plates (and hearts) were full, they went above and beyond in every way. This isn’t just a place to eat — it’s a place to be hosted, to be celebrated, and to feel at home. We’ll be back,...
