SINAI DENTAL — Attraction in Los Angeles

STAY AWAY. Most dental insurance plans allow one cleaning per year... DON'T WASTE IT ON THIS PLACE! They don't actually clean your teeth unless they can charge your insurance for a "deep cleaning". I scheduled a normal check-up and annual cleaning. After x rays and the fastest inspection of my teeth I have ever experienced (less than 2 minutes), they recommend a deep cleaning and then polish my teeth without ever scraping any plaque off my teeth or checking my gum pockets. The insurance requires (confirmed with insurance yesterday) them to send in gum pocket measurements to approve deep cleanings, so if they're sending requests to insurance but never checking the patient, where are they getting the numbers from??? making them up... cause its a scam. I asked them why they didnt use the tools and cleaning procedures every other dentist has used during a cleaning my entire life and they got all defensive... "Every office is different" they said lol. It's a joke... Why would you (lazily) polish my teeth without cleaning them? thats like waxing a car before washing... makes no sense. BOTTOM LINE: They do the absolute minimum so they can charge your insurance and put in a request for more expensive procedures. STAY FAR AWAY.

DO NOT COME HERE TO DO FOR ANY SERVICES THESE PEOPLE OFFER! I had an appointment to remove my braces. The day before my appointment, they called me to remind me. The next day, I had to take the day off of work in order to get my braces off. When i arrived for my appointment, they told me my retainers were shipped to the wrong office and that if I wanted to I had to go pick them up in order to get my braces off. The other office is in LAX. These people are extremely unprofessional. They wasted my time and my money. Now, I've wasted a whole day because of their lack of care and attention to detail and this is not the first time I've had a negative experience with these people. I will do everything possible so everyone is aware of the low grade quality of customer service this place provides and hope that no one goes through the same stress that these people...

I am very disappointed with this dental office, first of all when I walked in there, they forgot my appointment even though I talked to them the day before to confirm, the gentleman who took my x-ray wasn't friendly, but he was not rude when I was taken to the examination room there was this one person in the cellphone watching tick toks so unprofessional, but the one who takes the cake was the dentist who didn't see my x-rays or my mouth for a minute and told me I need a deep cleaning and a cavity, on top of that when the person who also is the receptionist came to give me the cost of the procedure that by the way is 100% cover by my insurance, tried to charge me 240 dollars for the deep cleaning, called my insurance to confirm that and they say yes is 100% cover.
