I ordered the 12 dollar Campero Box. One chicken sandwich, fries, 4 nuggets, dipping sauce, and a drink. Sounds like a deal right? Not really. The chicken was overcooked and had no flavor. They gave me the tiniest pieces of nuggets ever, I needed a magnifying glass to tell that they were on my plate. Upon the first bite of the fried chicken sandwich, a stream of scorching hot oil squirted out of the chicken onto my hand and burned my hand. The chicken barely had any flavor and all I could taste was oil and grease. It was the most disgusting fried chicken sandwich I ever tasted. I am not exaggerating when I say that the chicken was smothered in oil and dripping everywhere like a car getting an oil change. Totally unsatisfied, not with the food but with the service, I went into the drive thru at 9:40pm the girl told me that I would have to wait from 20-25 minutes. I agreed to wait, at 10:24 I knocked at the door to see if my order was ready because it's been more than 25 minute wait. Nothing they ignored my called. They came out with my incomplete order at 10:40pm, there was another customer waiting as well for 10 minutes longer than me. I told the girl that it was unfair because my order was incomplete and the time it took, that they should've let us know that it would take longer for our order to be completed or just give us a refund to go somewhere else.
